“I contacted Allservices4u for a tap replacement, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The plumber arrived significantly late despite multiple follow-up calls. Upon arrival, he claimed that removing the tap could damage the sink and instead attempted a temporary fix—which failed within 30 minutes. He then advised me to replace the entire sink. Following his recommendation, I purchased a new sink, only to later call another plumber who resolved the issue quickly without requiring a replacement. I was charged £94.80 for a service that not only failed to fix the problem but also led to unnecessary expenses. When I raised my concerns with customer support, they refused to offer even a partial refund. Overall, a frustrating and costly experience—I would not recommend this service to anyone”

“Awful!! Total con! Told no call out fee £69 to get into garage. £216 later!!!! Couldn’t replace lock either so 5 mins done. Left with garage door open and unable to secure and minus £216!!!!”

“AVOID - be very very careful with this company - better still avoid completely - they will rip you off and take advantage of an emergency situation - the initial estimate when booking was £49.50 plus parts - turned into over £500 - fitter was very very intimidating demanding payment - the charge included £130 for 20 minutes labour and a massive £400 for a part that costs £40 in Screw Fix - they are a disgrace and should not be allowed to do this - I am taking the matter to small claims court - AVOID”

“Total scam. The locksmith they sent out was either incompetent or taking advantage of my desperate situation. He didn't troubleshoot and went straight for the most expensive option of drilling the lock, stating it was the only choice and leaving me with a hefty bill of £300+. This could have been avoided if he had simply asked a couple of basic questions and realised it wasn't necessary to drill anything. On top of that, he charged me £120 for 5 extra keys, which is extortionate. I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards.”

“We called this company to assist with getting into our house at 6pm in the evening after being locked out. It took more than an hour for someone to arrive. We had been quoted £70 to pick the lock but as soon as the technician arrived he claimed all our locks were 'high security' locks and the cost would be between £170 and £280. After much back and forth the individual drilled out 1 lock (it took < 1 min) and we could get in the house. This cost £175 as I said I would replace the lock myself. On Amazon the same lock is £10.99 - definitely not high security as claimed! This appeared to be a local company (which it was not), they claim to be able to pick the locks (but immediately say high security when arriving and triple the price) and I feel that, although they helped us get in our house, that the fee charged and the way it was communicated were completely wrong - I feel completely scammed! Avoid at all costs and find proper local locksmiths!”

“I employed All Services 4 U to complete an EICR report on a property I am purchasing. What I received was completely incorrect, so much so that even a lay person could easily tell. The report I received only noted 3 reccommedations of improvements to the electrics when I knew there was bare wiring, loose fittings and wiring that had not been replaced in 50 years. I later had another company repeat the report and they found one item that was immediately dangerous to life, 23 items that needed urgent correction and 3 items that were recommended for improvement. The new electrician also noted that the readings included in the report from All Services 4 U were actually impossible and must have been made up. All Services 4 U promised to revisit the property and redo the report but they failed to do this. To their credit they did refund me for the incorrect report however it took a long time for the company to engage with me properly about this. I am leaving this review because the report they produced was so wrong as to be dangerous if it had been taken at face value and I wouldn't want this to happen to another customer. Please be very wary when employing this company.”

“VERY expensive with no receipt and no invoice breakdown. Almost £700 for a lock change and two days later the lock Is already grating. I don’t expect any warranty! I thought this was a local locksmith because of the telephone number - I feel I’ve been taken advantage of, disgusting”

“This company is a scam and they tell there employees to mark materials up by 50% and to take your time on jobs so that they can charge more Im a former employee and take it from me the customer service is poor and a lot of the workers are unqualified. Look around don’t waste your time and money on theses guys.”

“This company's locksmith attended our house a week ago as we were locked out during the evening due to the lock having completely jammed. We were told that he would be there within 30 minutes; as there was no locksmith nor contact from the firm, we rung them twice during the next hour or so to enquire where he was; each time we were told (without ANY apology) someone would update us on his time of arrival, which did not happen. He eventually rang to say he would be with us in 45mins to an hour. An hour & 10mins later he came, some TWO HOURS & 40 MINS after our original call, not the 'inside 30 mins.' we had been told. He was clearly unaware just how long we had been waiting. WHEN he came, he was polite, helpful & did a good, careful job. We accept that unexpected delays may happen but there is NO excuse for not keeping us updated OR for us not receiving any apology from the office. If they cannot deliver a product, they should not agree to do so. Having completed the job, the locksmith called his office and we paid over the phone by credit card. I was told to give my email to him & we would receive our receipt by email. No receipt has ever come despite my contacting the company to request one. I think a discount for late arrival & shoddy customer service was in order. Needless to say we will NOT be using this company again. The abrupt manner of the woman in the office; no apology for lateness nor lack of contact; no proper receipt as promised. One further thing of which potential customers should be aware: looking up locksmiths from a mobile phone on our doorstep, we were given the impression this was a local firm (plus we were given a local number to ring). It is NOT: it's a nationwide firm!”

“Scam company - I had the same experience as I see others describe here, added call out fee at the last minute when you need access (in my case to my car with my dog locked inside). I was not quoted a call out fee, and I now see the website states “no call out fees”. Use one of the many legitimate trusted locksmiths out there, not these scammers.”

“It is a Thursday about 12.30pm and my tenants messaged me saying the front door had locked shut and they couldn't use it, so just before I left for work I looked on the internet and found a company called Locks 4 less in Gloucester so thought I would give them a call, I told them at the time it wasn't urgent because there was an alternative way of entering the house but the man said he could come straight away and was at the property within 20 minutes and he phoned me as I am traveling to work and said he had to drill the lock out which I didn't understand really because the barrel had broken off and had been taken out from inside and outside so there was a hole straight through the door so I agreed and 5 minutes later he phoned again and said it is a complicated lock and would cost a fortune but he will have to order one and when he said the price will be about £350 I said that, that was to much and I could buy a door for that, too which he replied I will just leave the door open then, so I felt I was in a no win situation so had to agree, the following day he returned and fitted the lock which I have since been informed should be a stock item for and Locksmith because it was a "Wink Haus" which is quite common. My total bill for a lock and 2 hours working in total was £630 so if you think that is reasonable then good for you because I think it is scandalous”

“They use contractors who charged me north of £500 for a lock and mechanism. Davide the contractor obviously didn't care and did a terrible job because on next use the same problem occurred. Allegedly covered by warranty and now suddenly the company are refusing to answer my calls. I have reported them to Trading Standards. Very dishonest”

“BEWARE. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I needed a locksmith at night and was quoted 150 + VAT and NO CALL OUT FEE. The man who attended quoted a higher price to break the lock and demanded a call out fee. I was desperate and needed my door unlocked. He took less than 5 minutes and charged £328. I contacted the company and they did not respond. This is clearly a method that they use to overcharge people who are in a desperate situation. I will be contacting trading standards and take legal action.”

“This is the worst Company I had the misfortune to ever deal with. I lost my keys so had the 4 locks replaced one been upvc double glazed french door the others wooden and rest single uPVC doors. The cowboy engineer adjusted the french doors and the next day I noticed there was a gap in the door so I contacted the company the engineer came again he adjusted the door to close the gap now the door won't lock it locks when door is open but not closed I contacted the company again now they are saying the doors need alignment and I have to pay for it. I paid £635 so it wasn't cheap it is there engineer who misaligned the door as the doors were fitted new only last month Nd they were already locked when I lost the keys. They are conning people do not use them. They give you 6 months guarantee but it means nothing.”

“This is a scam. called locksmith who said I needed a lock mechanism change. asked me for £560 for a new one, threatened to leave my house unsecured unless I paid. Fitted a temp lock and I had to wait 4 days before he came back to "finish" the job. Replaced it with a rusty mechanism. when I complained the customer services person suddenly became unreachable no reply. reported to trading standard. Locksmith name was Timi.”

“Appaling customer service. Come acroos as careless, unintersested to satisfy customers. Plumber sent to my place and broke my panel bath before doing any work. I didn't even ask from compensantion but there wasn't any remorse from the plumber or customer service. I just wanted to get a different plumber but after a day waiting for a clear answer I decided to cancel because I could not trust the way this company works. Unpleasent people giving the impression that they don't want to work. I wouldn't recomend it to my worst enemy.”

“untill now the bathroom light is not working , the ven.fan as well ... your engineer Costas said he will send somebody to repair the wires connection immediately but till now nobody come and that was unfair job. Hope you respect the costumer and do not do that again”

“My husband called up and explained the problem in detail - our oven was broken and were they able to fix it? they said yes. We were charged £100 to be told 'our oven was broken and there was nothing they could do to repair it! On top of that, they then charged us £15 for ULEZ and parking. To be fair when I contested this charge (there was a driveway to park in and we were not told upfront we would get a ULEZ charge) they took £15 off the final bill. I sent a private email explaining I was unhappy with their service as why did they just go to tell us what we already knew (we were expecting them to at least see if they could fix it!) but got nothing in response. I got an automated rate our services email, which is why publically I am sharing that I was dissatisfied with their service. I won't be using them again.”

“I booked a job as our building didn't have power. The engineer was supposed to call us when he was outside, but he said he was calling us. It lloked like he was calling a different number from the one registered in our account, and of course he left. They didn't have availability for the same day so they were going to send someone else next day.. but the while building was without power. Of course we called another company and the problem was solved. Now they are trying to even charge us for that.”
