My child’s present broke within 2 mins of using it. 800 buck present useless. Been a week, and still no result on a replacement parts! Not happy at all. Will be buying from the competition on Monday and seeking a full refund. One very upset 3 year old. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Three weeks ago I bought a trampoline for my daughter as a birthday gift but unfortunately, we did not receive it yet. I sent many emails to refund the payment but they did not agree and kept telling me that they will follow up on the reason for the delay in delivering the trampoline. My daughter is still waiting for her birthday gift which was three weeks ago! I do not recommend All4Kids to anyone.

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong item so didn’t have a birthday present for my little one. Their customer service was great in picking up the wrong item however refund has taken a little longer.

Never received order. I had to contact them after a month to follow it up. Got no apology at all, was just given 2 options: refund or chose a different item (what I had ordered was no longer in stock) and the parcel was 'missing'. Shocking customer service.
