“They came here and gave an estimate starting at $900. When we said no thanks, they asked how much we were willing to pay. We called a few other places and told them what they were estimating, they said we were lying. I asked them to leave. Very poor customer service and they way over charge”

“Extremely disappointed with this company. They came to fix a loose door handle and told me the inspection fee was $19. I asked several times for the total price before starting, but they avoided giving it. While I stepped out for less than 30 minutes, they simply tightened the existing handle — no new parts, no replacement — and then charged $233! That’s not fair pricing. A brand-new handle would have cost less than that. This company never mentioned any cost before doing the work and then demanded full payment after finishing a 10-minute job. Unprofessional, misleading, and overpriced service. They call it “fair,” but this is not fair — it’s taking advantage of customers who trust them.”

“The worst service and charges us 430 for getting a key from the locked car..At first they said 80 dolalrs but charges me 430 dollars for this ..”

“Do not use this company they came to my house, not organized wanted to charge me $49 and all he did was measure up and down my screen and every time he had to make a decision he would go to the car and sit in it for a very long time not sure who he was calling, then came back with an astronomical price. Definitely not trustworthy. Glad that I had a camera on my front porch and never let them inside so I have their car and the person that came to my door on camera.”

“Do not call this company scammers. Told us 80$ service call. Then charged us 129$. Said they’d be there in under 2 hours , took 4 hours. I was locked out of the house in a snow storm. Then wanted 650$ to pick the lock. F…,ers!!! Had no choice at this point was freezing. Took the guy 1 minute work to get in.”

“Said a price on the phone to unlock my car which was 129 $ just to get there and demand 390 $ more for literally a single minute of work. They are a scam, back you into a corner and aren't honest about the price.”

“They are compete fraudsters they will rip you off for hundreds and hundreds of dollars do not go near them. They will make it out to one price and then they come and charge you $500 more for a two minute job.”

“Tried getting a quote with these guys for auto reprogram. They said 169 to come out to start but would not tell me how much more for the fob or the reprogram. If I didn't go with them I would still have to pay the fee. They were very shafty on the phone. You cannot put a review on their website but say they are 5 out 5. I don't believe it for a min. Buyer beware.”

“I had made an appointment to have a technician repair my screen door. Appointment was set for Monday 19 September 2022 and the technician was supposed to be at my place between 10 am and Noon on this day. Couple of days before the appointment, I received a call from their office trying to change the date, but I told the person calling me that I had already taken a day off specifically for this day and that they should keep the appointment. The office called back an hour later and confirmed that the technician can now come between 1 to 3 pm on this day. I agreed with this change of time and again emphasized that because I had taken a day off work you should ensure the job is done on this day. Nevertheless, around 2:30 pm on Monday 19 September 2022, I received a call from the office telling me the technician could not come and had to cancel the appointment. You can appreciate how frustrated and disappointed I was to hear that the appointment is cancelled after all my requests to keep it on the day that I had taken off for this purpose. This is totally unacceptable and not the way to run a service company. I wrote to them and asked them how they are going to remedy the situation and compensate me. Unfortunately, they were not courteous enough to respond to my letter.”
