“I received the chews in today's mail! Thank you so much for your quick response! I had been ordering these from Amazon for a few dollars more ($52.78 plus $4.35 for tax; no S&H since the order was over $50). The first order that Amazon sent me was clumped together. I kept them thinking that it was a fluke & didn't return it or complain. Instead, between my wife & I, we broke them apart as best as we could. When it was time to reorder, I decided to try Amazon again since I never sent a complaint & I was buying something else in addition to the chews. The next replacement order was clumped also so I returned them with an explanation as to why I was returning them, giving Amazon a chance to correct it. But the replacement to the replacement was clumped also so I returned them for a refund. Your shipment arrived & without opening them I could tell that they were not clumped! What a relief! Also, while trying to correct this problem with Amazon, we were down to our last chew when this order arrived.”

“My order was processed very quickly and i would recommend this company. I did experience a hitch with delvery charges. A $32 item cost $34 to deliver to Canada. That was fine but it was not expained that i would have to pay an additional $40 delivery from Can border to my home,which made charges ridiculous. I refused package, called company and they agreed to refund my original charges, including return shipping expenses. With this new understanding i would definately purchase from them again.”
