Thank you for the review but the tracking number shows that is was delivered or picked from the post office on June 16. It looks like it did take a little longer than usual to be delivered. That has to do with the postal service and not us, as we shipped the order the same day it came in. Unfortunately, we cannot control the speed of delivery with the couriers. If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to contact out customer service team.

“I ordered on October 5, 2024. They called me and said it was on back order for a week. I called them on November 7, 2024. To this day, I have not received my order. It was paid for on October 6,2024. I can't answer the last 3 questions, Since I have not received the product.”
“I have never had to deal with a company who cannot get a credit back to a customer when product was never delivered. This company claimed that USPS was to be blamed for it not being delivered to me. Even, so
after 21 days they still have not sent back my credit to PAYPAL. I put in a complaint and have PAYPAL contacing them, still no refund. I should not have to wait this long for it. First, no product then no refund. I will never order from them again, in fact 1 star is even too much, I give them 0. They do not have very good customer service, if not product delivered, then they should credit back the customer back right of way when order is cancelled, regardless of whose fault it was usps or them. Not happy with this company at all!!!”
This order was processed on time and shipped via USPS. Apparently, there was an issue with USPS delivering it to the customer and it is being returned back to us. Is is our policy to wait until the item is returned before issue the credit. We have to see the reason why it was returned as 9/10 times it is a customer generated error with an incorrect address entered or a delivery issue at the delivery address. This may or may not apply in this particular circumstance but that is our policy. It is listed on our Shipping/Returns page. We would never keep the funds for an order that was never delivered. In this case., the funds have already been refunded even though we still have not received the item back.
“This was my first time ordering from All Vet Supply and I was excited for my product to arrive. I placed the order on March 4, 2023 it was processed on March 10, 2023 and shipped on the 13th. When my package arrived on March 16th, it was completely the wrong order. Nothing that I ordered was delivered and since the items are used for my business, it is very inconvenient. I called the store and the customer service representative said that another customer had previously called and had received my order. The CSR emailed me a return label for me to send back the wrong items. Which meant, I had to make a special trip to UPS for the return instead of just saying for me to keep the items. My items have been reordered so, my hope is that I will receive it this week.”
“I ordered some supplements for my elderly cat that were shown on the All Vet Supply website as being in stock. I paid for them and they were not shipped timely at all. If items are not in stock and will be delayed or backordered don't show them as being available online and don't charge your customer until they have shipped. If I could have given zero stars I would have done so!”
“Order was incorrect. Needed 2 10lb containers of feed thru fly control, that is what I ordered. Recieved 1 20lb bag of Product this I could not use. No measuring cup was with the Product sent nor was there a container to keep it safe and fresh. They tell me that 10lb tubs are no longer available being I ordered 20lb THEY THOUGHT, all was the same ONLY, it would not work for me. I know and understand that a person's first instinct is to make excuses as to why something happened how come it did, on and on only in this case a I am SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, is there anything we can do to fix this problem. ANYTHING would have been better than what was done or not done. UPS charged more than 5.00 to print out a return label. As of 7/20/23 no refund has been issued. I do not like to trash people for trying to do a job. This whole process should have been easy and it wasn't. It changed my whole outlook on getting a feed thru it is now history. Just to mention, the product was on the website still being sold the same as when I ordered ?????”
“Bought worming medicine. After reading instructions did not use. Only for round worms, not a full worming medicine. Couldn't use on dogs under five pounds. Didn't know shipping charge until after payment and shipping was as much as medicine. Will throw away.”
“Although not all vet supplies fault l did not receive my package as Australian customs destroyed the package due to missing paperwork UPS was not helpful at all full of lies their emails stated they contacted AVS they didn't,would be great if there was a caution when adding to cart instead of having to look in shipping conditions to see if paperwork is needed for overseas shipping l lost $160 AUD”
“I was pleased with the ease of the purchase process but when the item arrived the container was busted open and leaked out. I responded to the email I was sent from the company explaining the issue along with pictures and have yet to receive a response.”
