“I was unable to complete an online order with my credit card. Ended up cancelling the order. I never had such difficulty completing an online transaction.”
Although we value all reviews, yours is inaccurate. Your order was vetted because the phone number given did not match the address or person listed on the order. Also, the order was to ship to a different address other than the billing address of the card being used. These are red flags for possible credit card fraud. We explained this over the phone and requested additional information to protect ourselves and our customers. We also offered you an alternative method of payment if you did not want to send anything else. Once we received the information, the order was shipped and was delivered on 10/21/24. You did not actually cancel the order.
“On February 21st.I ordered a gallon of PearLYT shampoo and was charged $60.27 on my Visa account for it. A day or two later I received a telephone call telling me that the gallon size was no longer available. I then asked that they send me a gallon of the shampoo in whatever size bottles available. I subsequently received 2 - 16 oz. bottles, or a half gallon, of the shampoo, not the gallon I paid for - only half of what I was charged for. I guess I'll have to give the Bank (Visa) a call.”
“there should be an offering for overnight shipping for Parvo Paxid I got the meds when my pup was recovered, and I did the 2 day shipping. No use for it now. when people need this med, they NEED this medication/supplement.”
“This company needs to utilize more technology in their customer interactions. I wasn’t happy with the way they handled my return. They said they canceled my order but did not send a confirmation when I requested it. I had to call my credit card provider to dispute the transaction before being refunded. They also asked me to send a copy of my ID because my shipping address was different than my billing address. They should know by now that people use multiple addresses. in my case, my credit card address goes to my office and my delivery address goes to my home. I would think by now companies know that billing addresses and delivery addresses are frequently different. Their site indicates that when they have a mismatch, you have to send a copy of your photo ID to reduce fraud. But sending your ID to a Company is increasing the risk of fraud. This company is not as reputable like Amazon, so sending a photo ID on a customer representative’s email is high risk. They didn’t offer an option to upload my ID anywhere. I can’t say anything else about the company other than I don’t plan to order from them again.”
