“Brand is fine. My problem is with the recent advertisement of the rainbow bundle. Originally $30 for ×2 of each flavour. Then it pops up as $15 (assuming it is a black friday sale) I purchase them. Only to realise they are ×1 of each flavour.”

“Hard to rate. I love the product. Website sucks. For the first order it promised a discount I never received. The second order didn't allow me to type in my address, then charged for a promised free delivery. Then receiving the prompt for the review days before the product is going to arrive.”

“Great product (Almo Almond Creme), and nothing else like it on the market. Unfortunately waited well over a month with no delivery and no communication. Had to raise a PayPal case to encourage them to send it. Unexpectedly bad service.”

“We ordered direct from Almo because we were finding it difficult to find at the supermarkets. However it took over two weeks to receive our online order. I also did not receive a 10% off code for our first order when I signed up with my email and did not receive a reply when I followed up with another email.”
