“I ordered a Grumpy Cat T-Shirt and received a email approximately 14 days later asking me about the product that I never received...... I tried to email telling them I never received the product , but it wouldn't go through so on 12/3 I had my daughter email them a copy of my email telling them I never received it plus their email asking me about the product........ I also never received an email for tracking the product. I tried calling 2 different phone numbers ..... one said Emily was busy so send an email and the other no one answered. Six days later no reply!!!! I rate it "1" cause I don't have the product they took the money for or get any kind of customer service.... if I hear from them I will send another review”
“I order my shirt in March is August and I have write to them about it and I even ask for a refund and they still haven’t gave me one. This is the worst customer service experience. If you are planing to shop from them don’t you are going to loose your money and don’t even get what you order.”
“Do not buy anything from them. The quality of things is really cheap looking and total waste of money. They sent my order wrong when I asked for exchange or to return the item they don't reply to you. I really regret ordering 2 watches from them, they sent me purple color watches when I ordered the gold color. I sent many messages through Whats app by the number they provided and also sent emails but nothing happened. Again don't fall for these item, they just look good but are really trashy when you receive them.”

The shades are completely different and something that looks like it came from the Dollar store. It has a separate bulky speaker lol that doesnt even extend behind my ears so imagine a bulky speaker not shaped like an earbud dangling from your shades.”
