I contacted Amazon support who said that I can't get refund until I get report from police !!!! (Just imagine the level of inconvenience!!!) I contacted police and got their reply in a month, but Amazon support replied that it's too late, and they will never make a refund, though first they didn't tell me any deadlines.

Ordered a lap top in Early November with a delivery date of the 9, 10, 11th December, the date kept changing, I then got a date of the 10th Jan 2024, I cancelled the order but won't get the refund until 7 days later, they have had the money for 8 weeks.

Worse person I’ve ever dealt with Stevenson in customer service - delivered two items over three days late on prime - I asked for refund being offered refund but still bring charged delivery- I’ve spend £1k over the past 10 years, never complained- can’t believe how stupid/thick customer service department are !!!!

tried returning an item, but the shop suggested was no longer providing that service had stopped for 3 months. It took three hours to get a refund. The complaint procedure is a sham...basically ignored that they are at fault as they have not updated their system to remove said shop

when I returned many customer care officers told I will get full refund but once they got the product they denied full refund they only returned fraction of cost of return.

I asked for the manager who I thought will have a little bit of common sense that it's ridicules asking for police report for £40 product, I was not asking for refund and I was simply asking them to send another product.

i sent them a stinking email asking who were the carrier as had not been officially shared with me?when was it delivered i:e date to me where was copy of my signature for scooter? why did DHL not send me intention of delivery notification?they did not reply to this request i spoke to their customer care agent who had phoned me back next day as she had promised she sent message to seller saying he promised to refund and should do so she sent me a confirmation of this i got that at 2-30 am at 6 am got another AtoZ bull email saying they had lookied into same as last time and was still sure on 24th i contacted my bank they could not beleive rubbish amazon giving and said wait till 29th and they would issue a charge back application and as was told was almost certain to succeed.

The agent said not to worry, and that I'd get a refund for the price difference, and I believed them.

They will not refund me unless I file a police report.
