“It is so difficult to get your prescription, set up, even difficult to get ahold of someone. This whole process and system is terrible. I’ve been spending hours like 3+ hours a day calling and trying to get through. Everyone says something different, and even my doctor says it’s terrible. If you can get your medication through CVS, Walmart, or somewhere else do it. Save your sanity.”

“My project manager just resigned. Nobody has been able to contact me for a week now. I have paid for book 2 and book 3, plus the design cover, plus the audio version, plus the marketing for six months. Nobody is responding to any of my emails. I am extremely worried. My experience with book 1 was ok. They were a bit slow for proofreading. When I contacted them they told me the launch date would be by Christmas, then Valentine Day... It was a few days later. I did not really mind, but I expected a better marketing for a pre-launch. Future customers, I will keep you posted of my situation. I know unexpected events can happen. I just hope Amazon Direct Publisher will be creative and find a solution soon :-) I'm still optimistic.”
