“I bought enough items to qualify for 'free shipping'. The package came with minimum packing materials (a good thing) and intact, even though a few items were in glass jars. No breakage. The order also arrived quickly after I placed the order. We are very satisfied with the food items we ordered and have been enjoying them since their arrival. I am sure there will be more orders in the future.”
“When my last box of goodies arrived, I was not a happy camper. In addition to various other items, I had ordered 14 little bags of Cheez-Its. Whoever packed my box wasn't thinking because he/she put everything loose in the box - the Cheez-Its rattling around with heavy bags of candies. You guess it. When it arrived, 10 of the bags were filled with nothing but crumbs. BUT I gave American Soda 5 stars because they were quick to replace the bags without question. Not a lot of places would do that. And, I'll bet they are more careful in the future so when I make future orders (& I definitely will), it won't happen again. Happy, too, with very reasonable shipping fees & quality of products & ease of navigating website. Great company!”
