“Was happy with delivery but disappointed with one of the soap bars. The mandarin and honey bar was paler than previous ordered which may be why the scent wasn’t strong as before. So sadly I won’t be or seeing again”

“Usually Ancient Wisdom are great. However, my delivery has not arrived! I have written but had no reply. It was a substantial order for my small business, but I have nothing for the money I have spent. If Ancient Wisdom would reply to my email regarding my missing order I would be grateful!”

Good morning , Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the delay with your order and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We can confirm that we received your email yesterday and, as mentioned in our automatic reply, we aim to respond within 48 hours. In the meantime, we have checked the tracking information for your order and can see that the courier has attempted delivery on two occasions, but both attempts were unsuccessful as no one was available to receive the parcel. To arrange a successful redelivery, please let us know which days you will be available to receive your order so we can inform the courier and avoid another missed attempt. We will contact the courier and email you with an update as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Best regards Ancient Wisdom Wholesale Team
