Good morning, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused. Unfortunately, we are currently around 5 days behind with all correspondence due to an exceptionally busy period, and we do state this on our email auto-reply. We understand how frustrating delays can be, and we’re working hard to catch up. We have replied to your email few days ago and offered several options for compensation. If you could kindly let us know how you would prefer to proceed, we will be more than happy to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Best regards Ancient Wisdom Wholesale Team
