“Very good service and good value products. Promptly delivered particularly liked the ease of ordering and the fact the delivery agents emailed with a day and time and delivered on time. Just what we busy traders need. Will certainly order again very soon.”

“The website is clear. When I forgot my password the recovery was automatic and I reset my password and logged in quickly. When I do phone up the staff know there stock. I can either have it delivered or we could pick it up. When we have picked it up it has always been ready at the time stated. The email newsletters highlight the new stock. I have been a customer for years. I mainly buy candles and they are of good quality and burn evenly.”

“I ordered 20 oil burners. When they arrived every single one was faulty. Very poor. Had to return them all. I have been promised a refund. but This doesn't compensate for my list time. I spent ages ordering them. I had to wait in for someone to collect them all day and I've had to find a new supplier. I wasted loads of time. Very disappointing!”
