Court ordered him to pay, and even has a CCJ against his name, however refusing to pay any of it claiming HMRC insolvency (Local Surveyors Direct review site still show him trading as of July 2021)”

“Please do not use. We had a very bad experience with him. He failed to act as our agent through the planning process. As a result, our planning was refused. The council made multiple attempts to contact him for further information to which he never responded, or forwarded on to us. He also made us pay extra for revisions which he'd said we could make for free. Overall, communication was very poor.”
