“All the products you sent me (and there were quite a few...couldn't help myself!) were just beautiful in their design and a fantastic quality that you just know is going to last. One item was missing at the time of despatch. I received an email to warn me of this and explain why, and this item was received within a day or two of the bulk of the order, so I'm impressed by your customer services.”

“The customer service I received from Nikki in particular was absolutely outstanding! Her responses & willingness to help me with my order was terrific & so appreciated. Given the time difference here in New Zealand, she was very accomodating. The items arrived in great time & all items are just perfect! I can't wait to give some of them as gifts to family who originate from the UK (+ I kept some myself as they were too lovely to give away)!
