“Posting for both my orders was very quick. Carefully packaged. I did notice on the towel, slight pulling of fabric. But this was after I had removed tag. More for future quality control.”

“The hedgehog pattern is adorable and the colours are fantastic. However, I wish the cosmetic bag was larger and lighter (I have an old one that is a lot longer and made of more lightweight fabric that is just perfect).”

“I recently bought the large duck sponge bag for my son to take on a skiing holidays. I chose it because it's waterproof. I've had Anorak products in the past and they're still going strong. The bag is certainly large enough to fit everything and it's well made. However, I think I'd prefer the bag to have some kind of gusset, rather than being completely flat.”

“I found their service polite and responsive. I can't comment on the products as these were sent as gift to someone which she had to return back (due to other relative purchasing same thing!). Anorak is helpful with refund and understanding. I was only left disappointed when they couldn't refund the delivery charge which was almost almost £5.”

“I really loved my hedgehog cosmetic bag ( the smallest one). Would have bought a shopper as well if it 'd have the same pattern. somehow I didn't like that shopper and a large cosmetic bag had completely different scale to the pattern - ginormous hedgehogs don't look as cute. Also my personal feel that there is not enough pictures for items. For instance, description for the large cosmetic bag says that there are 2 compartments, but there is no picture and you can only wonder - how big are the compartments? is it lined or not? and the fact that you can't see real people next to for example, shopper tote or large cosmetic bag makes it very hard to realize the size and how it is going to look in real life on real you (it's mostly about the bag though). otherwise good.”
