“Really happy with products. Website was a bit off putting as I was using a free postage code but it kept looking like postage was added. It almost put me off placing the order online. The issue was resolved as the transaction went through but I highlight it in case others are put off. I love these prints. I have bought lots of Anorak things from shops before and will, no doubt, buy more in the future. Can we have a raccoon or bear print next please?”

“I did telephone, all the lines were busy and I was told someone would call back but I have not received a reply. I wanted to enquire about the offer of a flat purse with purchases over a certain amount but at checkout was told it did not apply to the items I wanted to purchase. by the time I had waited for the return telephone call the offer had been withdrawn. The kissing hedghogs picnic rug was delivered promptly and as advised.”

“I got an email to inform me that my order is dispatched on the 13th of October 2015. To-day I haven't received my package and I even don't know who will deliver it and that is perhaps a usefull information. ( tracking your order ) Concerning the postage I also have a remark : postage depends from the amount you order : for Belgium it is 10 £ for an amount beneath 50 £ and above already 20 £ postage. I wanted to order one piece more but I didn't do it because the amount would be over 50£ and the weight perhaps 200 gram more so why does the amount of the postage doesn't refer to the weight ??? instead of the amount of order. I think in this case you sell more.”

“Loved the new ducks print though I felt the quality of the china mug was not as high as for mugs bought previously from Anorak; the glaze noticeably rough on the handles. Also, one of the mugs had a clear imperfection in the glaze at the base of the mug. Delivery by UKMail : fairly quick after placing order. I missed delivery and had to rearrange online ( system was a little confusing) . When I received the parcel , the box was damaged on one corner and the boxed contents ( gift boxed mugs) were distorted which was a shame as they were intended as gifts. Will try to buy in stores which stock Anorak next time rather than ordering online.”
