Nelly my working cocker spaniel was lame - Adam the vet I saw & who also undertook the surgery (screw implant to the elbow joint) explained things fully to me - he reassured me & I cannot thank him enough - Nel is only 4yrs old & again running & getting into mischief. I cannot recommend Adam enough or indeed all the staff I came into contact with (from receptionists to the financial adviser) all went out of their way to help me Thank You !!

My dog, Mable, had a seizure and was referred to Anrich for a CT scan. The whole experience was very reassuring and after a slight confusion caused by our normal vets (vets4pets) Anrich pre authorised our claim and they were able to claim on my pet insurance directly, meaning I only needed to pay for the excess (which is a massive thing when you’re looking at an expensive procedure). The vets, staff and nurses were lovely and caring. The vet was extremely detailed in explaining her CT scan and I when the results were checked by a specialist, she rang me and went over it again. I am extremely grateful in the care they gave my dog.

We took our dog here as a referral from our local Vets4Pets because it was recommended to go here (Northwest Referrals) because of the diagnostic equipment they had at this vets. We were claiming on our pet insurance, what seemed to be two different issues which were both covered albeit upto the claim limits on our policy and we would pay the difference, which we did at the time of the consultation and diagnosis. We asked what the final bill was and we paid it in full. Weeks later we received phone calls from this vets chasing us for more money? We queried this as we had paid in full and our insurance company had paid in full also! ** Beware - Stay Away From This Vets! ** We don’t know any business that will ask you to pay more money after they have been paid in full by both our insurance company and ourselves and we’re not taking small amounts of money here, the total invoice was over £2000! Face value, it looks like a good genuine Vets but you will find out that they just want more and more money from you! Talk about PROFIT before INTEGRITY!!!

Took "Tilly" to Anrich grooming on Tuesday 10th Jan. Didn`t recognise the dog when I went to pick her up she look exceptional clean and tidy the groomer had done a really good job, highly recommended. (Tilly looked 10 years younger and thinner) great job well done. I though the customer service people ( front desk) played there part in welcoming all customers to he practice.

Adam was brilliant from the start. He reassured us with what was going to happen with regard to our dog. She had double front elbow key hole surgery and is now back to running round having fun again. Thank you

We were referred to a Anrich vets for a scan as my 19 month old pointer had been diagnosed with an osteo sarcoma by our own vet, who previously worked at this practice before he started his own business . We were broken hearted and fearful of losing her . On our first visit we were treated wonderfully by all the staff, from the very pleasant and accommodating reception right up to the vet. The practice is clean and spacious, lots of area to sit with your pet whilst waiting. The vet was very compassionate and was totally unfazed when my girl hopped on a chair in the surgery. He treated her on the chair. He was very competent and hugely informative and answered all our questions, he was so patient and made us feel that we were leaving our very special little girl in a very caring environment. We definitely got the impression that everyone in the practice was a real animal lover. Doreen needed surgery to remove her leg and although this was upsetting we knew that it was a life saving procedure. The vet that we first saw was on holiday when our girl was booked in for surgery, but Emily was assigned our girls case . On meeting her she was equally as compassionate and made us feel as at ease as possible leaving her there. We were kept informed of her progress at every step and the staff went above and beyond to comfort our very needy little girl. We cannot praise the treatment and care highly enough and we would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much we gave you a very poorly four legged dog and the next day we picked up a three legged, bouncy, happy, super star of a dog. We cannot thank you enough.

Our dog Barney has been lame since October. We were referd here from our vets practice in Blackburn for further investigations (which is abit of a drive) . All I can say is Wow.. They have been amazing and efficient. We are seriously considering changing to this practice even though they are a 40 mins journey. They are so caring and honest. I totally trusted Emily and the advice she has given us. Although our pooch may need further treatment atleast we have got to the bottom of his issue. Thankyou so much all of the Anrich team..

Our dog Penny unfortunately fell very poorly due to her old age 6 months ago. We had to have her put to sleep at Anrich vets. They are so so caring and could not do enough for us. From making us a cup of tea to grabbing us some tissues and everything in-between. We had our Penny cremated and they gave us her ashes back in a lovely box with her name on. Although this was a negative visit they really tried their absolute best to comfort us and make us feel just that little bit better. Compassionate, friendly and professional, you could not ask for more.

Our dog George was referred to Northwest referrals for a TPLO surgery and the outcome is fantastic. George is now putting his full weight down on his leg and its like nothing ever happened! Luckily we were insured and were able to claim our money back through our insurance which they dealt with. Very prompt and professional. Very happy customer and patient!

After struggling to get our pup registered anywhere for vaccines after Christmas I am glad I found Anrich vets! Our pup got lots of cuddles from the ladys on reception and the vet we saw was lovely. I am a first time dog owner and the vet answered all my questions and I left feeling much better!

Our dog Rudolf had fallen from the sofa back in September injuring his leg, upon taking him to Anrich vets they did an x-ray to reveal he actually had a fractured leg which needed surgery including plates and pins being put in. The surgeon Adam was amazing (as were all the staff, we were well looked after) and Rudolf is walking better than ever! Cant thank them enough.

We attend anrich vets with our two cats molly and fluff and have done for the last 6 years. The staff are great and you can tell they truly care about animals. Although we don’t usually need to attend the vets for anything other than vaccinations they are brilliant at getting us booked in promptly and the vets are very informative and caring. 10/10

My dogs boosters were cancelled by the vets due to covid ,these are free under the plan I pay for .however when I have tried to restart these jabs again I've had to pay 68pound for the 2 dogs as they've had to start both jabs again as it's been a while since the vets cancelled. Not happy with this they should never of cancelled anyway and I shouldn't have to pay as it was them that cancelled on my dogs. Just another way of taking more money off us.

Great experience of this practice. From the very first call to Practice Manager James (whom I completely put on the spot), to the excellent approach to our dogs major operation by Adam (surgeon) and the excellent care from all the staff. Our dog got very sick and needed extensive care and treatment which I know he got during the long stay he had. We always had constant updates and I know that first and foremost our dogs welfare was put above all else. Not only that but they were half the price of other referrals and it is clear that they are not just hiking up fees to milk insurance! Very high recommendation from us! Thank you Wilf and family.

Anrich treated my Rottweiler for TPLO surgery, He was classed as an emergency. due to coved 10 we couldn’t go inside the vets, but they came to see him on the car park. This was done extremely professional, we were given enough information and confidence to go ahead with the procedure. We could not fault service and care

Took Bulldog in with swollen foot, cut a long story short he came out with pain killers. Total cost = £530.00. He then said the dog needed Thyroid tests due to a black patch on his skin??? We asked him to check his records regarding the black patch and he apologised because he had already treated him. Not a good vets in fact we are taking our animals out of their care as all they are interested in is money. Please be careful folk.
