“Appointment with vet 9am, called in at 9.12 even tho not busy, turned out then to be seen by a vet nurse, went with large painful haemotoma of ear due to my new pup swinging on her ear, vet nurse never even looked at her ear just saying she wanted to sort her skin allergy that isnt that bad now due to finding out the cause, she wouldnt listen at all just kept saying she said she was a dematolagist, so i left and returned all my animals to former vets as i only moved as i change areas, would not recommend”
“We took our dog here as a referral from our local Vets4Pets because it was recommended to go here (Northwest Referrals) because of the diagnostic equipment they had at this vets. We were claiming on our pet insurance, what seemed to be two different issues which were both covered albeit upto the claim limits on our policy and we would pay the difference, which we did at the time of the consultation and diagnosis. We asked what the final bill was and we paid it in full. Weeks later we received phone calls from this vets chasing us for more money?
We queried this as we had paid in full and our insurance company had paid in full also!

We don’t know any business that will ask you to pay more money after they have been paid in full by both our insurance company and ourselves and we’re not taking small amounts of money here, the total invoice was over £2000! Face value, it looks like a good genuine Vets but you will find out that they just want more and more money from you!

“Took Bulldog in with swollen foot, cut a long story short he came out with pain killers. Total cost = £530.00. He then said the dog needed Thyroid tests due to a black patch on his skin??? We asked him to check his records regarding the black patch and he apologised because he had already treated him. Not a good vets in fact we are taking our animals out of their care as all they are interested in is money. Please be careful folk.”
