“I've been waiting over a week for my parcel because the delivery driver got arrested and had his van seized. The only reason I know this is because I contacted the sender. The fact APC know about the situation/delay but haven't contacted me even once to provide any sort of update as to when I'll actually get my parcel is infuriating. For context I did contact the APC three days after the estimated delivery date but they just told me to contact the sender. It's not the senders fault that your driver is uninsured.”

“I have provided clear information on how to deliver my parcel a simple instrustion to press the button and leave my parcel on top of my mail box! It seems that THE DRIVER IS IGNORANT ENOUGH TO NOT READ THE INSTRUCTION AND MISSED IT SO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR TOMORROW FOR MY IMPORTANT MEDS!”

“Dreadful experience. “Delayed “ on first day but not updated until 2 of us had wasted the whole day staying in waiting. Two subsequent “ delivery was attempted “ when I was home and absolutely no attempt to deliver was made. Awful. I wish we could choose our carriers when we placed orders rather than this shoddy service. Have now cancelled order and requested a refund”

“Shocking, avoid at all costs, waited in two separate occasions to be let down and told either rearranged or just not coming, this is only when I chased them, no care or concern to actually deliver the item and stick to the delivery date. Livid with this company”

“Would give zero if I could. Supposed to deliver on 10/9. Got email late that day to say “unexpectedly delayed”. Not heard anything since. I emailed again on 12/9 to see when delivery was rescheduled for. Not had a reply back.”

“Worst company, don’t trust them. Paid for next day delivery and I still waiting for over 6 days. They say they attempt the delivery but they don’t call you at all. Every time they say that they attempted, I was at home. When I call customer service there is a lack of service and they talk to you like they are over you. You ask questions and they say I already told you so, this happened with Shana I guess from head office and Jake from Croydon depot. James and Richard were a bit more helpful. After 3 delivery attempts I rearranged the delivery to pick up which should have been yesterday the 8th and nothing arrived not even in the pick up point, now they say that they already attempted 3 times so they were going to send it back to the supplier, so even tho I received an email that the pick up was arranged correctly and with email confirmation, when I call Jake said to me that basically if I would not call the delivery was not going to get delivered. Sent queries that never got replied. Ridiculous service. Avoid this company. Would not order again from the supplier due to the lack of service and PROFESSIONALISM of this company! 0 apologise la, instead Jake was not happy to help me after me complaining. This company affects your mental health. Also I am soooooo sure the delivery fits into the letter box!!!!!!AVOID”

“I arranged for this company to collect an item and waited at home all day, but nobody showed up. It was only after I contacted them myself that they claimed they had attempted collection but that nobody was home, which simply wasn’t true. There were two people at home at the time they claimed to have attempted the collection, and we received three other deliveries that day without any issues. The buzzer was working, and nobody attempted to contact me by phone. Very disappointing service, particularly as there was no proactive communication about the supposedly failed collection. I wasted an entire day waiting for a courier who, as far as I can tell, never actually attempted to collect the item.”

“Parcel dumped on doorstep in full view of passers-by. Delivery report said "Left as instructed Porch". Lies. It was not left in the porch - the porch was locked. Obviously graduated from the Amazon Courier School.”

“Unreliable - DO NOT USE THEM They did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door Extremely rude woman working at the DA1 branch, hung up on me when I told her no one knocked or rang the bell - Do Not Use this Service!!! I have ring service and no one rang the doorbell”

“Excellent help from the Parkstone depot in Maidstone, after a shop refused to take our parcel. Both the guy on the phone and the driver couldn’t have been more helpful. So refreshing to be able to speak to someone and receive such a positive experience.”

“Missed delivery whilst i was home, when I checked the camera and saw the driver walk up to the house, knock the door ( did not bother ring the door bell m) and walk away quickly. Didn’t even bother unloading the van. Obviously did have any intention of delivering the parcel,”
