“Excellent help from the Parkstone depot in Maidstone, after a shop refused to take our parcel. Both the guy on the phone and the driver couldn’t have been more helpful. So refreshing to be able to speak to someone and receive such a positive experience.”

“Driver had the good sense to leave parcel at back door when there was no answer I was only in shower so was able to retrieve it very quickly on reading note Important as it was heat sensitive. Thank you very much!”

“have had several packages delivered by various couriers over the years and let me say this is APC has the most pleasant delivery driver I have ever known. The fact that the parcel is delivered when it says is a bonus but to have such a friendly character deliver it was an absolute pleaseure. No grumpy face just a friendly good morning Mr ????.,how are you today. APC, your delivery driver in the Alexandria (G83) area is a credit to your company.”

“Excellent company. I received a text saying our delivery would arrive between 7.52 and 9.52am. Their delivery driver phoned me at 8.30am to inform he would be delivering the item within a couple of minutes and he duly delivered it. High praise is well deserved from me!”
