“Great next day delivery from this company I had never heard of prior till a few days ago”

“Thank you so much, your product is fairly priced and the delivery service excellent! They say 3rd time lucky. Prior to buying from your company I had two bad experiences with two separate companies receiving only part of my orders and then losing money because it was delivered to another address and was apparently signed for. I will happily buy from you again in the near future. Regards Sharon”

“My delivery was perfect. Informed all the way by email and message. Delivered on time with photo . I read some bad reviews for APD. I think people are more likely to add a review if it's bad. So I thought I would make the effort and report my experience. I couldn't be more happy with the service.”

“Received my 5th delivery from this Company this morning and aside from 1 delivery I had last year which was delayed by 2 days due to the driver being overloaded (too many deliveries clearly) I have had zero issues at all. The parcel which was delayed arrived with a very polite driver who took the time to explain why it was late. The other 4 have been within the time period which was pre-advised via both text and e-mail and by the same driver who delivers in the Manchester M9 6** area who has always been polite on arrival and actually takes the time for me to arrive and answer the front door (some, we know, don't! Please take note Amazon!). The supplier who uses APC for my deliveries gives lots of options for using other delivery options which includes Royal Mail (try not to laugh), that is of course, when they are not on strike, which I used to use, however, I fully intend to stick with APC. Their time windows are better and the delivery is well within them, credit goes to the Manchester Depot and this particular driver”

“I've only posted this because I don't think I've ever had a delivery via APC before, and was using the internet to find out about the company. When I saw the dreadful reviews, I thought it only fair to add my balancing one. The delivery turned up on time, to the right place, and the driver was polite.”

“Was able to track on live tracking stated I was 18th on drop off give me a time between 10.30 1nd 12.00 came at 11 10 over the moon with service .”

“Although there was a delay in receiving my package, I have nonetheless awarded five stars on the basis of the professional way in which the issue was resolved. At all times I was treated with courtesy, and a driver was especially despatched with my item. Thank you.”

“The delivery (ordered from Argos) was flawless except for an update email which claimed that the delivery was going to be on the same day as dispatch! Luckily, I worked out that it was most likely wrong. This was from Melrose Textiles though not APC. APC gave a two hour window and the delivery was trackable from early morning. The delivery chap was pleasant and friendly. So no complaints. They are streets ahead of Yodel and Hermes.”

“My parcel was delivered to Rayleigh depot ready for delivery for today 04/08/21. I Was speaking to a lady called Christie as they had no driver to deliver my parcel, I could not believe how helpful she was, A manager took the time to leave what he was doing and deliver the parcel to me himself. That is what I call brilliant and exceptional service.”

“I have nothing but praise for APC and the courier services they offer. Our business's experience of APC is such that we consider our parcels as good as delivered as soon as we book a collection. In ten years of using them we can only recall ONE instance of an undelivered parcel (for which we were fully compensated). To put that into perspective: another well-known widely used courier we tried lost, on average, four parcels a month and made claiming compensation a nightmare! Also, their customer service department (which is a freephone number, I might add) is always helpful and always contacts us when they say they will: nothing is too much trouble for them. There may be couriers out there offering you a cheaper price but, from our experience, cheap couriers are a false economy. APC are the benchmark in our opinion and that peace of mind is priceless. “Wonderful service from the depots at Stoke on Trent and Cannock. When we missed a delivery they contacted the driver and an arrangement was made so that they got the item to us in less than 15 minutes. All the staff were helpful and worked on a way to solve the problem.”

“Changing to APC has been a great move for this small business and I now get complements from customers on the speed and efficiency of my deliveries. APC take a sensible but safe approach when customers are not in, are efficient and I have had zero damage reported. I can't recommend highly enough.”

“Was really impressed with APC, I had a delivery due which I had completely forgotten about and was out the house. It was a perishable item so really needed to get delivered today. I rang the depot and they were so helpful, they contacted the driver who said he would wait until I got home. Thankfully I wasn’t that far away. Very impressed with the service”
