“My company has used APC overnight for our parcel delivery service for a long time and I can honestly say that I have never had a single problem with the service and deliveries and we send out literally hundreds of orders each year.”

“I had never heard of APC though I had a rather large delivery sent and it arrived promptly and the delivery driver was friendly. It seems a lot of people have come here to rant about bad service but that wasn't what I experienced.”

“Bought something on marketplace. The seller arranged through APC, it was collected on time and delivered to my home next morning. Fantastic. Reading the reviews here, I wonder, are people more likely to spend their time writing bad reviews than good? My experience is sincere, I'd never heard of APC personally but after such a positive experience, I will give them more business.”

“Top class service but I don't like the fact that they use Trustpilot, the following is my reply to their invite to review with them Sorry to say I don’t use Trustpilot as I have experience of them becoming internet policemen, if they don’t like your kind of business they warn prospective customer by making unsubstantiated claims about fraudulent transactions and business practices, be warned. Your service was excellent and I have no problem recommending your company.”

“I have received parcels twice with APC. I live up a long steep drive in the country. On both occasions the driver has carried the parcel up the drive and left where requested. Very pleased with service.”

“I received my parcel within the time frame promised in spite of the snow and treacherous. The courier was very polite. He adhered to the Covid 19 measures by placing the parcel by the door, ringing the bell and stepping back. He took my name and with a smile wished me good day before leaving. Very pleased with the service.”

“Delighted with the service. Picked up large parcel from our home yesterday about 4pm and it was with my son and daughter-in-law at around 10.30 am today in Hertfordshire. Well done Apc. Will definitely recommend you and use you again.”

“Parcel was sent lunchtime Friday and it was delivered to me before 9am Monday. That is good service normally but take into account covid and the fact we had several inches of snow on Sunday and road diverts and it's exceptional. I'd read the reviews on here and been worried but how wrong was I . Thank you to all the team that got my parcel to me during these difficult times. I'd recommend you and I'd certainly be happy to get another parcel delivered by you. Stay safe and thank you”

“The best couriers I have ever dealt with. The company I bought my item from sent me a tracking link that was invalid so I rang APC directly and I spoke to a guy named Jon...he couldn’t be more helpful. He arranged to deliver my parcel to my partners address to make it easier for me. He give me a time for expected delivery and said the driver would ring me 10 mins before. Very helpful and much appreciated because I work in a care home and can not afford to take time off waiting for a parcel to be delivered. Thank you Jon”

“I was out when my delivery came. I knew what the parcel was and contacted the office local branch. When I told them what it was and how special this parcel was. The driver came back within 15 mins of my call. I can't thank them enough. This to me today was a very kind and thoughtful thing to do. Many thanks APC.”

“So after receiving an email from “APC overnight” stating my parcel would be delivered by them, I had a blond moment and started to panic that they would be delivering my parcel during the night 🤦🏻‍♀️ Anyway once I googled them and discovered this was (obviously) not the case, I came across these reviews! My panic was then that I would not be receiving my parcel at all or without incident, as it seems like everyone had a problem, prompting them to leave 1 star reviews!! Anyway, my parcel arrived well with the 2 hour window, less than 24 hours after I ordered it, without incident and with a polite delivery driver!! So I thought I’d share my positive experience since they seem to be taking a lot of flack in other reviews!! Thanks!!”
