“Been trying to get a parcel redelivered for a couple of days. If I ring the number on the card phone cuts off after the long winded message. several emails have been ignored. We were home on the original delivery date due to lockdown so don't know how we missed the first visit. Not my choice of Company and now never will be. Can't deal with a Company that can't be contacted.”

“As with many other reviews, driver said he had tried to deliver but no one home and a card had been left. NO delivery was attempted so therefore no card was left. This is not the first time it has happened to me with this company. If I could leave no stars this would be more accurate of my opinion of this company.”

“APC CWMBRAN, when acting ad the middleman are a joke!! Ordered an oven on line and it's over a week and no delivery yet, even though the online company says it's despatched! Reasons for delay range from weight of parcel to APC moving premises!! Customer service non existent!!”

“I'm amazed at any poor reviews for APC. I send guitars overnight with APC frequently and they haven't let me down once yet with probably 40 odd deliveries. I'm currently in another situation with Parcelfarce where a guitar has been 'out for delivery' on three different days without one attempt at actual delivery. Will probably be a case full of matchsticks when it finally arrives.”

“Should have had a delivery today for my Mum's birthday. Estimated delivery time was 4.20-6.20. I checked the tracker on and off throughout the day and at 4.50, the driver was 5 minutes from my parents house. However, no delivery was made even though he only had a few deliveries to make before supposedly getting to my Mum's package no. Soon after this the tracker was switched off and I have been unable to locate the delivery ever since. I have even rung the depot but to no avail. Normally I would get over something not being on time but in this case the goods are perishable and will be of no use tomorrow after spending the night goodness knows where. This is obviously why they are sent on an overnight, next day delivery service!! Hugely disappointed and very upset that my Mum has received no gift from me on her birthday! If the delivery does arrive tomorrow, it will not be accepted as the product will be nul and void. Will a full refund be given? I cannot expect one from the original shop, their service was excellent. Thank you, Emma Crossley”

“Had a birthday present for my Mum sent from the Cheese Hamlet on the overnight delivery. It was due to arrive today between 4.20 and 6.20. At 4.50, the driver was 5 minutes away from the destination of my package on the tracker system. Since that time, the tracker has been switched off and the package has not arrived. Hugely disappointed as this item is perishable and will not be in a suitable condition to be delivered tomorrow. After having read other reviews, I will also be sure to tell my parents to make sure the driver doesn't sign for it making a refund nul and void!!!”

“Didnt nock or ring bell, claimed to have left Card but never done this either. Lazy drivers cant be bothered going upstairs in apartment blocks.”

“Returned a fresh meat package because it was delivered a day late. Asked for a refund from supplier as it had been sent back, told it has been signed for. Only the driver could have signed this. This is fraud in my opinion. Now i have lost £100 thanks to this dishonesty.”

“We use a range of carriers APC are much better than some of your reviews indicate, the bulk of our overnight parcels are delivered in the morning, in terms of loss/damage, significantly better than DPD, UPS etc as are the rates they charge. Hope that helps...”

“Didn't deliver on due date, tracking non existent after allocated time, tried ringing all day the following day but no one answers, emailed them and again no one replied. I'm writing this review 27 hours after due delivery time so god know what'll happen tomorrow. Gave them a 1 star review as it isn't possible to leave zero. Will never use or recommend this company, disgusting unprofessional manner to it's customers.”

“Would leave 0 stars if I could. Never in my life did I think I would have to wait SEVEN weeks for a parcel from a company with the word overnight in their name. Customer service was absolutely useless. I had to get the parcel sent back to the company I ordered from, who resent it to me via Parcelforce. They delivered hassle-free within 24 hrs... Absolutely atrocious. 5 stars to Parcelforce, 0 stars to this joke of a "company".”

“My parcel was delivered today but I work for the NHS and I'm at work during the week the driver put a card through my door he could have knocked at my neighbours house as their always in and would happily take it for me, so drove up to the depot and was told they were not doing collection which is understandable but prior to this I phoned the two numbers on the card and no one answers thank for the great service not not sure how I'm going to get my parcel but after this I'm never using this service again”

“Tracking a parcel is based on nothing more than whether or not it’s been dispatched. No idea of delivery time so basically prepare to have to take a whole day off work to wait in for a delivery. When arriving why ring the doorbell when you can knock on the window? What an utter idiot, anyone would think you didn’t want to deliver the parcel. Collection depot closed so no alternative but to take the following day off to wait in all day for the delivery again. I will sit in my porch all day as ringing a door bell is clearly too much effort.”
