“Wish they just focused on the tees/tops more and they were at a slightly cheaper price point. The designs are great but the quality and fit isn’t 100% for what you pay.”

“First time buy of Apero. So surprised and happy to see that the Apero label has larger sizes. So often, designer labels only cater for slim women. I love my striped long sleeve tee. Material not too heavy. Qld doesn’t get too cold. The motif is well made and hand sown. Look great. Will definitely look for other items to purchase.”

“Great clothing. Postage took three times longer than the website said. Which had factored in covid delays. Was disappointing as it was a week late for a gift. I was guided by the covid postage time frames and allowed for it to be a week later than they said but it was two weeks late. Clothing is always great though. I hope they get the postage sorted out soon. K”

Hi there, Thanks so much for your feedback! Unfortunately the postage times of our parcels is dependant on Australia Post's courier service, and is very much out of our hands once said parcel has left our warehouse. We are sorry other that the gift was a week late! We so wish we could have sped the process up for you! We are glad to hear that the products made you happy though! x

“I was sent the wrong item of clothing however after a very quick turn around, I was expressed posted my correct order with a lovely hand written message. Nothing was too much trouble and my concern was addressed within 12 hours. Thank you Apero x”

“Maybe in future when sending your packages, it may be an idea not to advertise your label on your bags as they can spoil surprises for Xmas as well as draw unwanted attention to purchasers when they are they at their front door”

“Reallly nice products! The quality is excellent, beautiful material, exactly what I expected to arrive. Cute packaging and the initiative that Apero supports to help women in need is wonderful. The only down fall in the shopping time, it took a veryyy long time to receive my t shirt and I do not live in a rural or remote area.”

Woohoo! We are so glad to hear that you were happy with your Apéro products!! We are sorry to hear that you waited a while to receive your parcel. During the Black Friday and Christmas period, Australia Post were placed under great demand, which did result in lots of our customer's parcels being delayed. We so wish we were able to speed the process up for everyone, but we so grateful for everyone's patience! xx

“The products I bought were beautiful and excellent quality, however I had to return the skirt as it was a size too large for me. I would have exchanged it for a smaller size but unfortunately there were none available so hopefully it’ll restock back in. So now I am just waiting for the refund to process back through into my account”
