I have recently ended my iva and without the support and help from Aperture I doubt that this would have been possible .

When you first enter the inevitability of having to take out an I V A, you are already in a pretty dark and scary place. But the thought of having to negotiate all the problems and hurdles, just to get an arrangement in place, and actually get your life up and running again, even now fills me with dread Aperture were not the first company managing my IVA the move to them was seamless and professional I found a sympathetic, knowlegable, proactive and positive team of people who at no point judged me for what how i had come to need them, and constantly championed my cause with our creditors and also ensured everything was stress free. Over the time Aperture managed my IVA, the staff were supportive and sympathetic. The terms of my IVA were always explained to me and I was able to get any queries clarified quickly. I am so grateful Aperture, I have recently finished my IVA and I am now able to continue without the financial stress I had before. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

I would like to share with you Just how I felt before entering into an IVA. I was in that much debt that I was so depressed and unhappy with my work and home life that I did not know were to turn. I joined a debt management plan and payed into this for couple years but still had this massive debt over my head. The best thing that I did was to enter into this IVA . This was truly the best thing that I could have done I payed into this arrangement for 6 years and now I'm finally free. Anyone thinking about an IVA , aperture have been honestly my ROCK for last 6 years and I can't thank aperture enough . From start to finish I've always found aperture to be very approachable, they listen and don't judge you, I have found the whole process from start to finish a good journey Experience and they always at the other end of phone if you need to have chat.

Would highly recommend. Apenture took over my IVA from Cleardebt. Very friendly and efficient and dealt with any queries in a prompt manner. From my last payment my IVA was closed within three weeks which I was more than happy with.I am now looking forward to a fresh, debt free future thanks to Apenture

Due to unforeseen circumstances it became increasingly difficult to meet the monthly payments for debt I had accumulated. After speaking to the companies I owed money to, to reduce the payments, I still found I was unable to make ends meet and found my situation extremely stressful as, after paying rent, household bills etc, I would pay what I could off my debt before even buying food. On the advice of a friend who had just recently contacted Aperature about an IVA I contacted them and commenced the process of an IVA for myself. The staff were more than helpful, the process made clear and was one of the best decision I made in my life. You do have to be committed to the process and genuinely want to pay what you can off your debt, be totally honest about your debt, your income and expenditure and the monthly payment calculation was affordable and fair. I would also advise keeping in touch with them should your circumstances change again, as it did for me, resulting in the IVA being extended for a further year. After 6 years I have now completed my IVA and, apart from relieving the stress, had I not entered into the IVA I would be nowhere near being debt free for many more years to come.

Having found myself in dire straights I contacted Cleardebt (now Aperture) and this proved to be one of the best decisions I have made. My situation was assessed and I was told that an IVA would be the best option for me. An affordable payment was calculated based on my salary/outgoings to be paid over 5 years. This time has passed quickly and I found the company to be professional, quick to respond to any issues and not in your face so I didn't feel pressurised or stressed during this time. I just had to provide salary and bill details once a year. I would definitely recommend Aperture for an IVA if you have found yourself in financial difficulties and don't know where to turn. They helped me keep my head above water and more importantly I was able to stay in my home. Thank you

Aperture were absolutely brilliant in helping us through our Iva, whenever we had a problem it was always solved very quickly, and they were always at the end of the phone or email which was a great comfort. The staff that we dealt with were always polite and very knowledgeable, we would highly recommend Aperture.

Fortunately I didn't have to, I was directed to that first meeting with Aperture's representative, who was so positive and clear and concise as to the course of action that was open to me, that a great feeling of relief shone like a beacon of light and, hope through that very dark place. And even after some years into the arrangement when my circumstances changed, and I needed a variation, Aperture's team was there smoothly putting into place the new arrangement and seeing me safely over the finishing line. I can't thank Team Aperture enough.

Best thing I ever did was IVA. Took away all the stress of debt with affordable monthly payments, with a light at the end of the tunnel.

They helped me deal with the IVA. Which was a very difficult time of my life. They made getting through the process less stressful. All my dealings on the phone and letters and e-mail were dealt with in a positive way And when I phoned they were most helpful I can't fault them at all. All in all they made the term so much easier with there advice and help. Stephen K Gittins.

When we contacted Aperture, we were feeling battered, vulnerable and frightened. Many of you will feel the same, wondering how you'd got into that state, with all of the emotions that come with it. We found a sympathetic and helpful team of people who at no point judged us for what how we'd come to need them, and constantly championed our cause with our creditors. Over the five years of our IVA, the staff at Aperture were supportive and sympathetic. The terms of our IVA were always explained to us and we were able to get any queries clarified quickly. We are self employed gardeners, and when our town offered us the contract do provide all of the hanging baskets and town planting, we urgently needed to buy some more equipment. A call to the customer services department resulted in a month's payment holiday to provide the finances we needed, helping us to expand our business a little on our way back to solvency. If you are reading this, it's likely that you understand just what an emotional roller coaster the whole thing is - particularly at the start. We are grateful to Aperture for supporting us through some very dark days, and the positive and up beat way that the staff were with us through the many conversations that we had.

Excellent service made me feel comfortable in every engagement with them I would not hesitate to recommend aperture if anyone has money worries don't suffer in silence let aperture help I feel so uplifted now my Iva is complete

Being able to go to bed at night and not have those dreaded thoughts about money and bills is amazing. Aperture are outstanding there customer service is second to none. Due to my ill health I had to rely on them and I'm so glad I did. Each and every member of their team are so understanding and try their best to put your mind at ease and help with any and every question you might have. My only regret is I wish I had of knew about them sooner. I can't thank them enough and I will be forever great-full.

I am more than happy to recommend and attribute service recieved from Apeture and others for the successful completion of my IVA agreement. I have truly found the professionalism, support and understanding recieved exceptional. I would definatly encourage anyone who is unfortunate to find themselves in financial difficulties to seek solution with Aperture. They truly can help..!
