“Entering in to any debt plan can be very scary and the end never seems to be in sight. I have one more payment to make on my IVA and I can't believe how quickly the last 5 years has gone. From the signing of my IVA to any queries I may have had, I would highly recommend the staff at Aperture to take away the stress and worry you may have. Communication is easy with Aperture whether it be on the phone or via email, I have always had a quick response. A member of my family found himself in financial difficulties through no fault of his own. I put him in touch with Aperture who gave him a number of options for his situation and now he is on his way to being debt free also. I cant stress enough how much I would recommend Aperture.”

“Having financial difficulties is nothing to be ashamed of and to have an organisation out there that not only understands this but also actually cares and does all it can to make the process of operating an IVA as smooth and as stress free as possible is something that really does shine a light at the end of the tunnel. From the first contact to my last stage of the plan i cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They have worked with me rather than just being behind the scenes and have ALWAYS been there to assist, guide and advise. I have found the whole IVA process with Aperture a calm, managed and friendly process. If you are thinking about an IVA talk to Aperture first - they really will help you!!!!!!!!!!”

“I have nothing but high praise for aperture who have given me hope and light at the end of a very long tunnel I would recommend aperture to any one who are struggling with debt an iva is helping me tremendously and I cannot thank them enough”

“Always friendly and empathetic with your situation. They never judge how or why you have ended up at the stage of requiring an IVA, just try to get you through the experience with as little stress and problems as possible. The day I received my closure certificate I could have shouted my relief to the world. I can finally get back to my life but with a better understanding of how to live within my means.”

“Aperture gave me the peace of mind and support I needed with my finances when I found myself in a difficult situation following a relationship breakdown. I was able to get on with my life knowing that I wasn't going to be bombarded with phone callls, letters or people knocking on my door chasing for payment, because Aperture were there help. They did all the liaising for me. I am now in the final year of the IVA and have managed sucessfully throughout - without Aperture I don't think I would have got through it - Thankyou.”

“being in debt can be soul destroying worrying constantly how to make ends meet. in many cases your situation is totally unforseen like mine which happened due to ill health forcing me to be unable to work anymore i was so glad to find an iva with aperture gave me hope for the future the process was professionally managed from the first phone call to the end of the process and now i am debt free i would highly recommend aperture to anyone who needs some help to put their finances in order and find a manageable solution to debt problems that can keep you awake at night i am glad i did”

“I'm coming to the end of my time with aperture, having taken me on from another company there service has been 1st class, always on end of phone if need them and very quick with emails, they will provide you with 100% commitment if you do the same, hopefully I wouldn't need to use again but if I did they would be my 1st call”

“a helpful, friendly and informed team that help you through what is a difficult, stressful and what can feel an embarrassing time. The advisors were able to clearly outline the processes, the outcomes and advise how best to manage the IVA. I personally experienced some change in circumstances, but still tried to maintain the same payments, but was advised by one of the customer services team that this could be reviewed and amended to meet with my current situation without the need of a formal review. This isn't the kind of service that you would perhaps talk about, but if anybody ever did ask, I would have no hesitation in recommending Aperture.”
