This service gave us peace of mind. All the calls and letters stopped and the peace of mind knowing that the monthly payments stayed the same for 12 months was great.

I can only say, it has been a long hard slog so far to keep up with the payments and learn to live within a budget! But had I done it sooner, instead of hiding my head in the sand and pretending it wasn't happening to me I could have sorted it out before things had gone too far! I can only thank you for sorting out my problems and giving me a chance to sort out my problems!!

After months of worrying as to how to approach our financial predicament we decided to make the phone call to Aperture. Expecting a row like a naughty schoolboy I was taken aback as to how at ease I was made to feel. More importantly after months of feeling like a criminal the burden of debt had now been shared and dealing with the professional staff at Aperture lead to us starting life again. Finally I would just like to say a big thank you to Aperture and if anyone is out there feeling trapped like us do not hesitate to contact Aperture as your worries will evaporate immediately.

I have had excellent service and advice from Aperture in this difficult time of getting badly into debt, I am paying all the bills and not applying for credit, in the future I will well within my means and aperture have been very understanding and professional at all times

I have an IVA with Aperture...it has been straightforward all the way for me ... I remember back to the day I first enquired and asked for help , I was so stressed about my situation and didn't know where to turn . I have not regretted my move with this one bit as very soon I hope to see it come to completion . I have felt supported and encouraged along the way and what seemed like a long road to travel has been easier because of this . It gave me peace of mind knowing that my problems are being dealt with professionally .

My experience with aperture has been exceptional. From the very first phone call the staff have always dealt with my querys in a timely manner. The service has been second to none And I would highly recommend there services to anyone. A very professional company

From 1991 when I borrowed £10.000 from a bank, to see my son through university, I was working and could afford the repayments, little did I know that at Christmas the same year, I would be made redundant, I paniked, didn't tell anyone not even the bank, by October 2013, I owed the bank £16,000 I got a phone call from a firm in manchester, told them everything, and was told about an IVA, where I paid an amount each month, I could afford the amount even on a pension, I was contacted by Grant Thornton, who I agreed the amount and the IVA, now I am finishing off my IVA with pasture, and by May 2017, I will have paid off my debt and I am so pleased with how i have paid for five years and now i'm nearly there, take the step, debt is a horrible situation to be in, IVA let's you see the light at the end of the tunnel, thank you pasture I am a 100% grateful for your understanding and to my creditors that let me do this IVA and give me peace of mind

I don't know where I would have been today without the help of Aperture to solve my debt problems, most probably still in debt and worrying myself sick. I thought I would never be debt free. I can't thank Aperture enough, they have been very understanding and non judgemental. I would highly recommend Aperture to anyone with debt problems Aperture helped me to become debt free and they could help you too. A big thank you Aperture you have been fantastic.

All the staff are very easy to talk to they don't talk down to you like well you shouldn't get to this mess they just help sort it all out and get rid of the pressure of all the debt into one payment each month and make sure you can live on the wage and pay enough the creditors that their happy as they get something instead of bankrup and getting nothing.

I'm not sure where to start without sounding insincere. Aperture were fantastic from start to finish. I have use words like "peace of mind" and "freedom from debt" because that is precisely how I felt when they took me on as a client and subsequently "put me forward" for a loan to finally deal with the "putting to bed" process. It has been a seamless journey, one which to begin with seemed quite daunting. I'm very grateful for the chance of the loan and the chance to improve my credit rating. Thank you.

Like many other people I got myself into some credit card debt and could not meet the monthly payments which meant I occurred financial fines. I was sick with worry and my debt was rising and affecting me mentally and socially.Thankfuly I heard about APERTURE and their IVA scheme. I contacted them and talked with some very helpful ,non judgemental staff who contacted my creditors and worked with them to secure a monthly payment that I could afford over a period of time. Aperture has now helped me to clear all my debts and I have a life again.

When we got into difficulty paying our debts we contacted the citizens advice bureau who put us in touch with Grant Thornton who are now Aperture. They did not judge us and reassured us that they could help and they would take all the worry and pressure away from us. They were in constant contact with us from the word go and have enabled us to get on with our lives and have taken away the sleepless nights and worry we were having every day. We will always be grateful for what they have done for us and at the end of the process to be debt free will be like an enormous weight lifted from us both. I only wish that we had taken steps to contact them earlier instead of burying our heads in the sands and thinking we could deal with our problems ourselves. Thankyou

The impact of the debt that myself and my wife was in had been affecting our relationship. We seemed to be arguing a lot and at the time it felt like we were going to work and didn't see any of the money because were paying so much out every month. We couldn't afford to do much with our two children as we didn't have any disposable income. It was a very hard, difficult period of time. It seemed like all out time was consumed with worry thinking of ways of trying to pay off our debt. We realised that we couldn't go on like we were and made a decision to do something about it. We made an appointment to see somebody from The Citizens Advice Bureau. The gave us 3 options to look at and one of the options was go into an IVA. They helped us book an appointment with a representative, who visited us at our home. The person who visited was very friendly and helpful. She explained to us about the process and what we needed to do. We agreed to go ahead with the IVA. Together a repayment plan was agreed and this lowered our previous multiple repayments to a singular more affordable payment. They also helped us to reclaim some money from PPI and accounts charges that shouldn't of occurred. Were nearly at the end of our IVA and couldn't be happier. It has given us back our life. It has helped us to manage our money and budget better. I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone.
