“Hi you didn't have the economy bags in stock that I usually order so I had to get the premium ones. I ordered 500 of premium but I got emailing saying you had only 300 left and would send another 200 later on. I'm hoping when I next order you'll have the economy version back in stock as that's my preference :-) thanks. Also it's a shame you changed the free shipping of orders over £30 which I thought was excellent!! Now it's free over £60 which means you have to buy a lot of stuff in one go to get the free shipping.

We changed the shipping from £9.45, orders under £30, to £4.95, orders under £60, because from comments back we think its suits the majority of our customers. We think that £4.95, free over £60, for next working day delivery is an industry leading offer. I do accept that if you ordered between £30 and £60 before you will feel it, sorry! -But £4.95 for next working day is not a mega amount. Anyone got any views? The APL Packaging website came up on Google and was easy to navigate to find what I wanted. Price was probably at the top end of acceptable but delivery was lighning fast and I am very pleased with the bags.
