“APL Packaging are great! From the first time I ordered postage bags to put my Christmas presents into (perfect for disabled people like me), from my order yesterday of Twist Handle bags - nice quality and a good thickness. They are very good at answering my questions and overall a friendly decent company. I tell everyone I can about them because it's refreshing to be able to contact a company and get a response. Overall I rate as Excellent. If I could change anything I would like to receive discount vouchers by email every so often to encourage sales :-) Also I would appreciate a cheaper postage option as I do often go to do an order, but actually not go through because the postage is relatively a lot (I am only buying modest numbers). So if they could arrange first class or second class post as a cheaper option that would be brilliant. Otherwise 10/10!”

“This is my first time using APL and the service I have received has been fantastic. Shirley Miles has been an absolute god send and I hope that she could receive some sort of recognition from the company. From start to finish Shirley has kept in constant contact with me and her bubbly and help attitude is one you would wish to see in all companies that is what I call a valued employee.
