“Phoned our order and had really helpful advice. The order was dispatched very promptly and arrived the next day - excellent service. We'll certainly go back to the company!”

“I have used your company previously and as usual I have found the web site easy to use and the products very good quality. The customer services and next day delivery are excellent, my order arrived before I had turned my computer on to track it. I will certainly be using your company in the future and recommend you to all my crafter friends.”
“Excellent service, sent for sample of black box arrived as promised. Excellent product even better than I had thought and I am just about to put an order in for 100. They may be gift boxes to you but for me, we are cutting out white paper and making them look like a tux, filling them with food goodies and serving them to Civic Dignitaries from across the North East at a special reception and visit to the YSL exhibition at the Bowes Museum. Its going to be a Pims perfect picnic.”
Hi Sandra

I hope you have a wonderful week!

“I bough a small bundle of 25 book bags for a business venture within a day I had nearly sold out, hopefully this will be the start of a beautiful friendship, great company to do business with I would highly reccomend them.”

“Superb customer service, swift delivery, great prices and reliable quality mail bags and twisted handle bags. Example: I made a silly error on quantity and let the order go through and realised too late. I rang straight away and in 2 mins the "very nice man" (!) had gone to the trouble of doing a second order for me and combining both orders. How good is that?! What more could you ask for? Thank you all.”
What a lovely and personal review to read on a sunny Friday afternoon! Thank you Anne. I'm so pleased we were able to help you!
Have a lovely weekend!
