Hi Tristan, I am very sorry about what's happened because we are always here to help for all sorts of queries but in the event of a customer ordering incorrectly then unfortunately we can't get around you not paying the costs but if we had ordered the items for you and they weren't right then we would obviously pay for all the charges.
