“Ordered some pillow pouches. Easy to order and they arrived on time. Quality of product is very good. However 13 of my overall order of 100 pouches had grubby fingermarks on them. On complaining I immediately received an apology and an assurance that these would be replaced. So overall I am satisfied although somewhere along the line the pouches have been handled by someone with dirty hands which I find a little distasteful.”

To reassure you about our delivery service in general:
We are really proud of the service and therefore I'm sorry that you feel our prices are high. We do not currently post any items, every item we send including samples are sent via Interlink courier.
Every item we send can be tracked, every customer is given an one hour delivery slot (which our customers find helpful as it eliminates the need for waiting for deliveries) and what's more all of our deliveries arrive next working day.
Our delivery charge is currently £6.95 this is low for our industry and is free on all orders over £60, which is also one of the lowest in the packaging industry. We feel that our service offers very good value, however, we do take on-board your feedback and I will share your comments with our team.

It is great to hear that you like the black mailing bags. I'm sorry that you feel our delivery cost is too high.
We are very proud to partner with Interlink Express, all of our plain items are sent next working day, every customer is emailed or sent a text with their one hour delivery slot and every parcel is tracked. Our free delivery threshold is only £60, which is very low for our industry.

“Clear website enable me to easily locate the product I wanted to buy and I placed my order.
My product was delivered the next day but was delivered to a neighbour, I must have been out when it arrived. As no notification card was left by delivery company I called to check its whereabouts. APL reviewed files and quickly informed me of its location.

“Great service very efficient - one thing I would say is it would be nice for a discount voucher to be sent to customers occasionally who regularly use you rather than a random voucher sent when stock not required - look after loyalty. This would make you excellent .”

We do send vouchers based on previous purchase behavior to ensure that all discounts and offers are relevant to our customers. However I appreciate that these may arrive at a time that you might not need the product and you may not have the space to stock-up.

“On the whole a good experience. ... I can never remember which are the cheaper out of external and internal tape handles, I would quite like to see those two sections combined so I can see all the options at once.
My only other gripe is all the emails which say 'a thank you for using APL packaging' but then it's just this survey - disappointing, I keep thinking it will be a discount code for next time!!”
