“Very good product, where online description matched product in real life with a fast turnaround and delivery. Only concern was box in which gift boxes were delivered was too large/under packed for content and the corner was completely caved in from a larger box having been tossed on top at some point. I opened in presence of the truck driver and contents were OK, but it will be a concern when ordering in future so that I will make sure to check all boxes in case of damage.”

“I Ordered two sizes of bags, as I have done previously but this time one arrive the wrong size, I called customer service who agreed to send out the correct size the following day even though it was a Saturday - I needed them for the Sunday. Replacement bags arrive fine, thank you.”

“I use apl for carrier bags. These are of acceptable quality for the price and delivery is next day. One small point is that outer packaging could be stronger as I have received 3 damaged boxes which had been repaired by the carrier”

I will feed this back to our Warehouse Manager and to our Courier to avoid it happening again, as it may have been a problem in transit. “Great service but had to go to the Interlink Depot to fetch the parcels due to the courier not phoning prior to delivery. Not much point in asking for delivery instructions if they are not followed.”

“My order of 1000 white plastic vest bags arrived promptly and the bags are of appropriate quality and cost. I found the APL web site easily on Google and got to the type of bag I needed reasonably easily. Once I was confident in my choice, ordering was very easy.
The only other comment I would make is that the jargon used in describing the bags is not explained anywhere that I could find on their site. Indeed, different plastic bag vendors use different jargon, so explanations on other vendors' sites did not help. What exactly does 11w x 17g x 21h" - 18Mu mean? Perhaps people who regularly buy plastic bags would know, but I don't. I can guess (maybe) but I would rather be told...”

Thanks for your very clear and detailed feedback. I'm so sorry that you found the sizing unclear, I will take a look at the product descriptions. Vest bags are measured in a different way to the rest of our bags, it's an imperial system that comes from many years of tradition with the product.
