“All fine. But you did send me two parcels of boxes rather than the one I ordered. So it meant having to email to get the extra ones collected. But then you did let me keep one extra box so I was happy - because I needed 21 boxes and could only order in 10s.”

I cant see why you wouldn't give that option - unless you are making small, stealthy profits from overcharging for overnight delivery

I'm glad you like the website. We find most of our customers request next working day service for their business, so we use this because it's a suitable option, especially as they have deadlines but we do encourage people to collect items from our warehouse to save on shipping costs if they can.
The great thing about our courier service also is that all orders are trackable and they send texts within the hour to advise on timing.

“As ever excellent customer service, delivery and price. I didn't give Very Good this time because I was a little frustrated by the order basket on your website which didn't seem to save what was in it if I hadn't been able to complete my order there and then, even though I was logged in at the time under my user ID.”
Thank you for your nice comment on our customer service. However, I am sorry you had issues with the website basket, I have passed this on to our IT Dept to resolve the problem so shouldn't happen again.

Thanks for your review. I'm pleased to hear that the stock items you ordered arrived on time.
I'm sorry you felt there was some confusion with your order of printed boxes. You placed a pre-order before Christmas and we processed the order for you with the agreement that we would print them upon their arrival and after receipt of payment. We received payment last week and thereafter were able to produce the printing plate for your boxes and we put together a visual proof for you, which was approved.
I have checked the corresponding emails and have discussed the matter with our team member who you spoke to. I apologise if you felt there was some confusion, however, we were not aware of this, if we were we would have completely reassured you that everything is under control.
