“Super fast service with helpful staff - requested it ASAP and got within 7 days of ordering. Only downsides are box lids do not easily slide on/off and a few were slightly damaged from delivery. Overall quite pleased.”

“Excellent quality bags delivered exactly when they said, Only reason this was not a 5 star rating is that I hate when costs are not clear initially and each element is gradually introduced eg VAT on postage at the end. Have never seen this on any other site and it really bugged me.”

I'm sorry you feel the vat on delivery is unclear. The majority of our orders are B2B and so we made the decision to display vat separately, however, I understand that you may feel this takes the delivery cost higher than you initially expected, I will share your comments with our team as we do appreciate all feedback.

“Pro: Good products, prompt delivery, easy ordering, courteous follow-up email.
Con: I felt the packaging (plastic bag) made the products a little vulnerable, although thankfully they arrived undamaged. I have experienced damage in the past where products have been wrapped in this type of material, because couriers tend to be fairly rough with their handling of packages.
This is neither pro nor con but there was such a strong solvent-type smell from the tissue paper I had to leave it in another room until the next day after opening!”

I will also check that tissue paper as we've not had any other complaints that it has a strong smell.

“Very good service - the only reason I awarded four stars rather than five was due to an issue with the website. I first tried to pay using an AMEX card and put in my information without issue, but when I went to confirm payment the page did not update. I therefore changed my payment option to PayPal which went through smoothly. I had assumed only the latter payment went through, however I was alerted by APL of the duplicate order (very quickly) and was able to get a speedy confirmation of cancellation and refund. The staff on the phone were helpful and friendly!”

“Very pleased with my boxes! Good quality and impressed that every box is wrapped in tissue individually to protect them. Nice and clear website and easy to find prices and place an order.
The only thing that wasn't great for me was the high postage cost - as I only needed 10 boxes (I do intend to order again though now I know they're good but I'm right at the beginning of my jewellery making business!) the postage was almost as high as the cost of the boxes so made them pretty expensive. The delivery was very fast which is lovely but if I'm honest I would have been happier waiting a week for them to arrive and paying less for delivery. I have recommended your company to my crafty friends already though having said that!”
