“Went on a night double bubble was on now your not telling me a person can win more times than they did 5 or 6 times. It was ok with people who had won but it wasn't many people who did win this particular night. You're kidding me if just 1 board is rigged the whole entire night going by the number of the board. Also I am fed up with the constant text reminders as they don't tell you about the extras so if it is a deer night you would be disappointed in going. Not faulting the staff but they really do need to fix the boards and the packages that go on them as some people buy multiple packages which doesn't give anyone else a chance in the bingo think at the end of the day this bingo hall cares more about the profits and not about valuable customer interaction. Its supposed to be the real fun group running the bingo but not seeing the fun. Its every week now just a total joke. Maybe if you stick to one package per customer it would be better fair and maybe fun. I have wrote this review in respect for appollo bingo rhyl to sort out the problems. A fair bingo for everyone is a happy bingo for everyone. Please note the kitchen staff and some of the bar staff need to listen to customers better. As when you go to the bar and ask no to something on the food menu they put it on your plate anyway.”
