“AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!
They are straight out scammers.
Destroyed a lot of my stuff and don't want to pay anything back. Charged me more money on arrival over phone to unload the van (only my girlfriend was at the destination address).
They're lying about circumstances (driver was just throwing everything in the dirt on the road and then left, it looked like a dump. Afterwards saying he was told to leave, which my girlfriend never did.)
Also my expensive skateboard got stolen.
They refuse to pay anything after months of writing back and forth.
WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED !!
I'll look for legal steps now.

“terrible experience. I paid 150 euros for upper floor assistance, where the guy helps you move the boxes rather than stay at the van and this was not provided, the guy also asked for extra 200 euros for helping out on groud floor. I also paid extra 150 for a tail lift for extremely heavy stuff which was not provided, I was asked if I wanted a 50 euro refund for a service that I paid 3x as much, did not receive this refund, where I at least deserve the whole amount given I had to pay other men to load the truck. It's been over 3 months of the claim and they did nothing other than "investigate", still extremely dissatisfied with their solutions. Also the driver was polish and spoke no english - we could not communicate.”
