Most of the good reviews about this company are about the delivery service (DPD) which I agree are great and should receive credit separately. Appliances Direct/customer service and returns procedure are terrible. Please avoid this company. They are just ignoring me now that I have a return. Yes AP, I will keep posting the truth until you respond to me. And not just here but all my social media platforms.

I have been waiting for four weeks to get a date for collection of a dishwasher, although they have accepted to replace it and given me a returns ref number: 7780928. So I have an excellently packaged dishwasher occupying space in my garage While we wait to hear of a collection date. I would not use again. Believe using the current crisis as an excuse to hang on to our money.

They tried to convince me to keep it and delayed the returns process for two weeks.

They couldn’t organise the collection for over a week because the Returns team didn’t know how to or didn’t have authority to do so.

I have always purchased in store with no issues, but their protocol on returns with online orders is both unfair and slow.

Customer service is awful. Pretty sure they breach the consumer rights act for selling faulty, dangerous goods and make the returns process as difficult as possible to return

He gave me a returns number to tell Appliances Direct to uplift the faulty hob and replace with new.
