“Purchased dishwasher, broken part and following Numerous contacts by email and phone they just said not replacing. Its been referred to trading standards as how else do You deal with this attitude. They did offer me £20 but i Just want faulty part replaced but they said no”

“Excellent service , product was delivered the next day , even though it said it would take a week . I had the option to pay for next day delivery but I declined this as it would have eaten in to the saving I made compared to sites . Not opened parcel yet as it’s a present for my partner”

“I had a very good experience with Appliances Direct. I had to return an appliance because it differed from its rather ambiguous product information (which appeared to be universal across different supplier websites so probably came from the manufacturer), and ordered a different appliance in return. It was an absolutely hassle free experience, with the exchange expedited in order to meet my electrician booking. Customer service were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful, clearly describing next steps along the way. Lovely delivery staff too. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them based on my personal experience.”

“I had used Appliances Direct before so had no problem looking again on their site. Web site is easy to navigate and has plenty of choices to suit people's personal preferences and budgets. I ordered my product and was kept informed via email at every stage. Item was delivered the next day and all was in order.”

“Item was out of stock everywhere else so I chose to use Appliances Directly for the first time. I was a little dubious but didn’t need to be - communication was good, delivery took place on the date I selected and the time given, and I was updated throughout the process. A great service overall.”

“Ordering easy. BBQ arrived within estimated time of arrival. Nice delivery driver who wheeled box into garage. Haven't put BBQ together yet but cursory check shows no scratches or dents. So far so good!”

“No issues previously however this time has put me off using them again completely. Ordered 3 items, paid and chose my delivery date. 2 days before the date i get a text from the delivery company stating my order had been canceled by appliances direct, phoned appliances direct for 5 days in a row following the message and was lied to, told that my order would still be coming, and then was told i had cancelled it (!?!) before they finally admit that the order wasn't coming because the item was no longer in stock. 5 days wasted with countless hours wasted on the phone! JUST BE HONEST WITH CUSTOMERS.”

“We were informed by email that the cooker would be delivered between 7am & 10am. Our friendly driver was outside the house at 6.50 so nice and early! Only took 5 minutes to bring new appliance in & take old one out.”

“I ordered microwave which was due to deliver on 5th Feb. Courier DPD contacted us late in a day regarding DPD slot but no delivery made even though we had someone to take delivery. Instead they ask us to collect it. I contacted Appliance direct and they reordered for me once they received item back. I was in no hurry so happy to receive delivery week after.”

“I have contacted Appliances Direct to purchase the HEPA filter for the dehumidifier I purchased from them. They sent me a link to Air Con direct with the filter details. The filter arrived but is not the correct size and is smaller than the carbon filter supplied with the unit. I look online to purchase the correct filter but dimensions are not stated. so it really is difficult to find which filter is correct.”
