“Good display on website with descriptions of each dehumidifier available. Chose the 12 Litre model as we have a large conservatory with attendant condensation when humidity is high. Fast delivery with accurate drop off time. Electiq model noisier than expected but works fine and is already extracting litres of moisture from the room.”

“Top service throughout. Cannot fault at all as they were quick to get things done when I had queries and solve them without complications. Just how you expect service to be and this makes a shoppers experience very worthwhile. Will recommend when the opportunity comes.”

“Bought a bathroom backlit mirror. Originally ordered the smaller size and needed a replacement. It took a week for the returns to be processed and there was a mix up with the size of the replacement but customer services sorted this efficiently and we are pleased with the mirror which is up and working and looks brilliant. We paid for the return and insured it as it was a mirror but the replacement was sent out with no extra cost.”

“The driver could have been more helpful eta was between 9.35 - 13.35 it was delivered just after 14.00. He said he was only the driver so could not help unpack it. The old machine we had already got it outside but my husband helped him put in on the lorry. Bearing in mind we are OAPs it was quite difficult for us to man handle the new one and when we unpacked it the front of the machine was very dirty.”

“Ordered refurbished Smeg duel fuel cooker at a great price . Excellent service. However cooker damaged. The problem was quickly resolved by the App Direct team .Communication by email and text was excellent . The damaged cooker was returned and a new one delivered at extra cost in 5 days .”

“I bought a dehumidifier in September 2022 with an extended warranty. The unit failed September this year. Appliances Direct arranged for collection and after diagnosis of the failure sent me a replacement unit. I was also able to run the remaining 2 years of my warranty on the replacement. A very pleasant and smooth experience. 10/10”

“When our readiator was found to be damaged Appliances Direct customer service made an offer of a discount straight away { 20% }. The money was quickly returned to our credit card with no fuss we didn't even ask for a picture but took us at our word.”

“Arrived 2hrs early with no text to let us know. This Double fridge freezer was heavy, the two guys struggled to get it of their van, no equipment (sack barrow or trolly) to bring it in to the house. They left the fridge outside our back gate saying it was too heavy to bring in. This left both myself and wife to struggle to bring it into the house. We had paid to have it delivered into the house but the lazy delivery guys just couldn't be bothered and didn't have the equipment to move heavy appliances.”

“My first order was too large for my door. I was not sure of what will follow next after I refused the order. Amazingly, I was reassured, I made a new order. I got my new order. I was also refunded the difference between the two. The delivery guys are amazing. They always see that the appliances are well rested in their new homes before they leave”
