“I ordered a microwave that was not operating as intended from the get go. I got in touch with Appliances Direct and explained the situation. All I can really say, is that it was handled extremely effectively and efficiently, as the microwave was picked up and the replacement was delivered the following day. If that is not great service, then I do not know what is.”

“07/04/2026: I called appliances direct because some parts were missing from a product. For 6 days I did not receive any messages and the parts did not arrive. 13/04/2026: I visited the appliances direct warehouse in Huddersfield where I received excellent service. The staff member found my product and completed the form for me to receive a refund for some products I did not need - an excellent service on this occasion.”

“Shocking service from start to finish. Item (washing machine) Is fine But didn’t deliver when they said they would When they finally delivered, couldn’t instal so has to get someone else to do that. Has to chase refund for both.”

“Experience with App Dirext was ok, delivery was ok, ordering was ok. But nowhere, even in the small print, did it tell me there wouldn't be a power cable for the cooker. So I've spent all this money on a cooker I can't use as no power cable was supplied.”
