Ordering and delivery was fantastic! Driver was nice and polite. The dehumidifier works good but to open the drawer to empty, absolutely ridiculous, you fight to get it open then it causes floods in the room you put it in. Don't why is causes such a mess

You really do not want to know what I think and it’s better if I don’t put it in writing. To have the delivery team say it was not listed for installation and walk back to the truck and drive away was not on. I bought an appliance with free delivery and free installation.

The hob was in good shape and looked beautiful. But sadly the delivery service did not match its quality of hob. I was told the hob would be delivered between 1-2 pm. I had an installer waiting at the property, on the fourth floor, all day. On his way home, he found the item at the entrance of the building. It turned out that the deliverer had dropped the item at the building's entrance without bothering to inform us. The installer had to come back the following day to install the hob.

Purchased a washing machine but the spin was so noisy I had to turn it off and call an engineer who said it needed a new drum as counter weight had broken aways I called to have a new machine delivered the next day but deliveryman said he could not take away the broken machine which has now been sitting in the middle of the kitchen for 5 days they are due to collect it this eve

Delivery was fine, although 4 different delivery dates were shown against my order. Was delivered within prescribed timescale. Found that oven was heating up but thermostat warning light was not working. Contacted manufacturer who organised engineer callout. This took a 40 minute plus phone call to arrange visit, most of which was taken up by them pushing extended warranty policy! Would have preferred to receive a fully functioning product as it was brand new.

I did not appreciate the surprise premium rate phone number to place my order £5.99 just to phone through an order - outrageous! I also thought the price of delivery was ridiculous to have the cooker delivered the same week but I paid because I was without any means to cook with. Additionally, I had a phone call from them two days before delivery. I said I was driving (hands-free call on my part) so make it quick thinking there was a problem with my delivery - there wasn't thankfully - but the customer service advisor wanted to do a survey on why I had chosen the cooker etc. even though he knew I wanted a quick call. I just wanted to buy a cooker, not have a conversation about my decision making process. Honestly, why do these companies think they have a right to my time? I would not use this company again and I would not recommend them.

Competitive price, awful customer support. Paid for an expedited next delivery, 4 days and counting still no parcel. AppliancesDirect keeps blaming the shipping company and do not return calls after promised to do so. -

Do not pay the extra money for next day delivery, it doesnt happen. Ordered on a Tuesday, got it Thursday the following week. They also dont tell you that theres a £25 standard delivery charge until after its been purchased (used paypal pay in 3) the next day drlivery is £35. Good luck trying to contact customer services.

I’ve trying again to send a polite review but unfortunately it disappeared. Up to now I’m quite impressed with my Electriq 199 chest freezer but unfortunately what I didn’t like was the customer service side of when I wanted to know what time my delivery was going to be in the morning or the afternoon from putting my order in on Monday. I didn’t get to know via email on the early Friday Morning that it was going to be later on in that afternoon’s on that day. That’s the only thing really that I have an issue with.

I needed a gas hob that was 58cm wide to fit the space of my existing unit. The model that was our favourite had both 58cm and 60cm listed in your description. I called your customer service to confirm the actual width and was assured that it was 58cm, so I ordered it. The hob arrived today and it is 60cm! Very disappointed, especially as I had been specifically assured otherwise. Not sure yet if I will return it or do some kitchen reconfiguration, at additional cost, to make it fit. Not good customer service.

Looked like it was in stock but it wasn't, charged on credit card on ordering then got delivery 6 weeks later.

I was not very impressed by this company. I purchased a Ninja kettle after their website stated 10 in stock. When i did not receive any sign of despatch I contacted customer services. It seems they had ordered in the item, and it could be a long time before delivery. I complained and pointed out they should not be selling an item not in stock and ordering it in. After a long drawn out call they managed to get one and send it out. The box was delivered by DPD opened, and the courier took a photo because he was concerned about its state. I have purchased over £600 of items from this company but after this it could be the last. If i had not phoned customer service, I would still be waiting

Item is great, and was a good price but the dispatch time and communication from appliances direct was poor. Sent several enquiries as couldn't get through on the phone, none were replied too.

The website suggested that you could deliver my BBQ next day. It wasn’t until I placed my order it changed to 3 weeks. After 10 days I was told it was coming the next day by text and email. I waited in and it didn’t come. Then when I called customer service I was told my delivery date had been changed to 6 days later. Apparently this was due to supplier issues. It did arrive eventually.

I ordered an integrated washing machine and it was showing as in stock. I selected a convenient delivery date and placed my order. The next morning I had a call from a representative confirming my order and delivery date and was advised I would be contacted by the couriers the day before to give me a 2 hour delivery window, then went on to try and sell me additional insurance - which I politely declined. 5 minutes later another representative called and I had to say I have already received a sales call - to which he apologised. Then in the afternoon, we received another call trying to be sold additional insurance. Then less than 24 hours before delivery I received a text message stating that my order would unable to be fulfilled and it would not be delivered until another 2 weeks. I also received an email offering me a £10 discount for the inconvenience. I contacted them straight away and asked why was the item showing in stock, and why was the order confirmed, but they were unable to answer that. The earliest they could get me a totally different machine to the one I ordered was another 48 hours - I also asked if the £10 discount I was offered could be deducted from this order - I was told no, this would only be valid against a new order, I said this is a new order as you were unable to fulfill the other - so the gesture of a discount was totally useless, why would I want to order again

The installation was poor. I had to help dis onnect the power. I have to arrange to alter the door for an integrated washing machine and I had to trace where the installer had not turned the water back on for an adjacent appliance. What was my £99 payment for

Text received saying to arrrive Wednesday.. arrived Thursday in 2 separate parcels in 2 separate dhl delivery’s . Bbq very poor quality for the money . Finish shocking !
