Appliances Direct is badly let down by their courier, Arrow XL. First they claimed there was nobody at home (we were) and sent a photo of a country lane as proof they had tried the house (!). Then when delivery was rescheduled, the drivers refused to remove the packaging, even though we had paid extra for this. Appliances Direct customer services team said all the right things and the fee was refunded, but the whole experience was frustrating, and left me wishing I'd gone with John Lewis.
