The absolute worst ‘company’ I have ever dealt with. Paid for next day delivery, took day off work (unpaid), get a text ‘sorry we missed you’ MISSED ME? Didn’t even attempt to deliver, rang to ask them to tell the Delvery driver to turn around and deliver my fridge freezer ‘sorry can’t get in touch with him. We’ll book you in for next day, REFUSED to give me my next day delivery fee back, as they hadn’t completed it, after 40 minutes on the phone agreed to £18 of it !!!!!!! Ignoring the fact I lost money taking the day off work; and now I have to lose more money to take the day off work through their incompetence. Then ring me back hours later trying to book me in for not the next day; but TWO days later, because again their incompetence of doing their job ! SHOCKED! Went to curry’s instead !!!!! Do your self a favour and not waste your time or money on this company ! 2 separate phone calls amounting to an hour, of sheer incompetency of their jobs
