I am very unhappy as I have received a damaged product for the second time—one grease filter of the kitchen extractor hood out of two extractor hoods, which I assume is due to transport. Despite my previous complaint to Customer Service (regarding 3 damaged grease filters out of 4 extractor hoods) and the promise of delivery within 5 working days, the same issue has occurred again with another hood.
What should I do? Should I contact Customer Service again for a new replacement?
