Shocking service from start to finish. Item (washing machine) Is fine But didn’t deliver when they said they would When they finally delivered, couldn’t instal so has to get someone else to do that. Has to chase refund for both.

Paid for the Remove & recycle as well as the Room Of Choice & Removal Of Packaging. When delivered they didn’t fulfil any of the above , they stated they could not take the old appliance because the van didn’t have another room and that they don’t take the packaging away which contradicts the quotes service agreements. I spoke to Appliance Direct and all they could do was give me a refund on the two services which I refused as I just want the appliance and packaging removed. I am still waiting for a supervisor to call back

Very disappointing. After waiting 3 weeks for my washing machine to be delivered, I was informed at 21:30 the night before delivery that there was now a delay. The message stated that I would be informed by 15:00 the next day of a new delivery date. I did not receive an update by this time and on calling was told that I would now need to wait at least another 2 weeks for delivery! So 5 weeks without a working washing machine. There has been no attempt to rectify this situation, other than offering a £10 off voucher, which is pretty useless to me, as I am unlikely to use the company again if this is the service they provide.

Avoid this company, Over £3500 spent with them and the oven arrived dented and they refuse to replace. Now going down claim backs with bank and then small claims/trading standards. : ( AVOID

Item arrived dented, with the box also dented. Plug prong had been knocked off and damaged in transit. I am still fighting for a replacement. Originally I was asked to upload photos and did so within an hour. I was told via email and phone call to expect a response in 24 hours, which I did not receive. I then called back 2 days later, the operator had not reviewed the case or pictures but offered to have the item collected in a few days. A replacement could then be shipped after, increasing yhr time for the whole ordeal. I also am only able to accept deliveries on my one work from home day, which I had planned the original delivery for. Customer service is poor and operators seem confused. Asked same questions multiple times after waiting 15 minutes to get through and being placed on hold for an extended period of time. Ended with them saying they can’t replace is as their stock is now gone. Skip the hassle and buy from a trusted retailer. Avoid.

Purchased dishwasher, broken part and following Numerous contacts by email and phone they just said not replacing. Its been referred to trading standards as how else do You deal with this attitude. They did offer me £20 but i Just want faulty part replaced but they said no

No issues previously however this time has put me off using them again completely. Ordered 3 items, paid and chose my delivery date. 2 days before the date i get a text from the delivery company stating my order had been canceled by appliances direct, phoned appliances direct for 5 days in a row following the message and was lied to, told that my order would still be coming, and then was told i had cancelled it (!?!) before they finally admit that the order wasn't coming because the item was no longer in stock. 5 days wasted with countless hours wasted on the phone! JUST BE HONEST WITH CUSTOMERS.

This is one of the worst companies that I have ever had to try and deal with. At the end of January I attempted to order and pay for a Meaco One Dehumidifier 20L trying several times they did not accept my debit or credit cards a little note stated that they were having problems with online paying with credit or debit cards. I later checked with my Bank NOTHING wrong with my cards. When I then tried to order via the telephone the price had increased by £30 and there was nothing they could do

Ordered and paid for cooker, including installation. I was contacted days later to be told you were unable to install. Cancelled order and still waiting for a refund over a week later.

Delivery booked for 22nd dec, (which I paid extra for) did not turn up, had to go on the net and rebook for the 24th then on the 23rd I got an email saying delivery changed to the 29th, so no washing machine over Christmas, am still waiting for delivery at the moment so can’t comment on the actual machine

It came a week later. The package is left a floor upstairs and it was a great pain to take it down. I live myself and I had to wait others to help me but still it was so hard as it is so heavy. I called the delivery number and they were being nonsense, didnt help me at all. Plus the package itself was problematic. I opened the package and the tumble dryer was dirty

Guys we’re very helpful fitting the machine but clearly the company should review how the treat personnel and a charge customers fairly for installation. GBP 40,- is not realistically covering time and training of personnel. Putting the burden on staff to complete full installation within 20 minutes and not pay the overtime is pretty bad.

Arrived 2hrs early with no text to let us know. This Double fridge freezer was heavy, the two guys struggled to get it of their van, no equipment (sack barrow or trolly) to bring it in to the house. They left the fridge outside our back gate saying it was too heavy to bring in. This left both myself and wife to struggle to bring it into the house. We had paid to have it delivered into the house but the lazy delivery guys just couldn't be bothered and didn't have the equipment to move heavy appliances.
