“Bought a BoschAmerican fridge freezer a NEFF 5 burner gas hob and a Elica extractor for my kitchen remodel All appliances were purchased 6 weeks before I wanted delivery this was not a problem for them a delivery date was agreed and communication from them with updates was very good unfortunately the extraction fan was damaged on delivery a quick phone call and collection was arranged for the next day as soon as it had arrived back at the warehouse a replacement was sent overnight no questions no problems Thoroughly recommend and will use again if needed”
