“I purchased a new vitro-ceramic hob after the one I purchased with Appliances Direct 12 years ago failed, and I was satisfied with the service I received. Even though the AI chat box made a mistake, the humans were swift to rectify the issue and all got resolved in a matter of days. Thank you!”

“I purchased a lot of materials for a two bathroom renovation, all the materials were of the highest quality save for a problem on a shower head which the customer service team were quick to remedy. Obviously only time will tell regarding the longevity but based on my initial dealings with the sales team account manager and the customer service team, I only have positive comments to make. With thanks for a good service.”

“I had product with 5year warranty and stop working after 3years contact customer support team and they responded very quickly and replace item within 7 working days including returns examine and new item delivered.
