“I'm very pleased with the oven and speed of delivery. Also the customer care experience was excellent, once we were blessed to communicate by text. They reviewed my report (the racks had not been soldered) and came back to me quickly, resolving the issue within 3 days - 2 of which were the weekend.”

“We purchased 2 ovens, a hobb and a microwave. When our appliances arrived one of the cookers was defective. We called them and they acted so professional and nothing was too much trouble. They sent out a replacement within a week which was in perfect condition. Great service.”
