“Easy to order . My only issue is that they offer free delivery, but that meant a long wait, so I had to pay delivery to get it sooner. Delivery guy was friendly and helpful though”

“Appliances Direct were really good. No problem there and the dehumidifier is excellent. However, it was delivered by DPD. Absolute cowboy set up with Delivery Drivers that do not give a flying pig (the word pig can be changed into a more suitable one, but you wouldn't publish this review.) I was lucky on this occasion, I was at home looking out the window for him. The reason for my review....previous deliveries from other outlets have used DPD and my parcels have just been dumped at the front door for anyone to help themselves to, and that's even supplying them with a safe alternative place to leave it. CHANGE COURIER COMPANY.”

“Good display on website with descriptions of each dehumidifier available. Chose the 12 Litre model as we have a large conservatory with attendant condensation when humidity is high. Fast delivery with accurate drop off time. Electiq model noisier than expected but works fine and is already extracting litres of moisture from the room.”

“Ordered refurbished Smeg duel fuel cooker at a great price . Excellent service. However cooker damaged. The problem was quickly resolved by the App Direct team .Communication by email and text was excellent . The damaged cooker was returned and a new one delivered at extra cost in 5 days .”

“When our readiator was found to be damaged Appliances Direct customer service made an offer of a discount straight away { 20% }. The money was quickly returned to our credit card with no fuss we didn't even ask for a picture but took us at our word.”

“Was able to speak directly to someone in customer services - and was connected quickly so no long waits. The customer service representative was able to answer most of my questions although my one complaint would be that I couldn't speak directly to an installation engineer.”

“Pricing was very competitive, however, a little disappointed the microwave we bought turned up without a box and re-wrapped in bubble film. Nothing wrong with what we received - just confused why it appears not to be a new machine.”

“Happy with ordering process and appliance however was sent 3 different times for delivery which didn’t suit as I had arranged to be at home for the first time given between 3 - 6 then the day of delivery told 12.50 which they didn’t meet then 1.30.”

“We wanted an air conditioning unit because of the very hot weather in the UK. Understandably there was very little availability anywhere. AD had a reasonable quality AC for a reasonable price. There were other companies with units available but with a couple of weeks before they could deliver. AD was able to do a next day delivery for £35.00. We were given a 4 hour window for the delivery but unfortunately The delivery driver came an hour late which meant we had waited for most of the day fo the delivery which is annoying. So 4 stars as we are overall satisfied with AD, but not with the delivery”

“Very happy with my purchase of Amberglo 48" wifi fireplace. It makes such a difference to my lounge, looks so cosy now. The remote is rubbish but I downloaded the Tuya smart app on my phone & followed a YouTube set up video. The fire looks great and I've also paired it with Alexa. The fire makes a weird sound meant to resemble wood burning but it sounds more like clockwork gone wrong. No problem though as I've turned it to silent mode. I used next day delivery which was great but a tad expensive at £40!”

“On the whole I'm happy with company, though the offer of free removal & recycling of the old fridge was somewhat, I had to pay the £24.98 & then get a refund though customer service. I'd say the delivery driver was the real hero, on his own on a trolley he pulled a fridge freezer up a flight of 14 concrete stairs from the entrance door, give that man pay rise”

“Good communications during delivery. Easy to order product. Product seems to be of good quality. Tracking syrem didn't work as my fridge freezer was delivered while the wagon was apparently 5 miles away lol.”
