I ordered microwave which was due to deliver on 5th Feb. Courier DPD contacted us late in a day regarding DPD slot but no delivery made even though we had someone to take delivery. Instead they ask us to collect it. I contacted Appliance direct and they reordered for me once they received item back. I was in no hurry so happy to receive delivery week after.

Initially the item had been damaged in transit. I contacted customer services and returned the item to the Huddersfield branch as I live within six miles of. Hey Preston, my replacement was received within 48 hours and is up and running faultlessly so far. Well done Appliance Direct customer service. Thank you.

Delivered a faulty machine.Short story hotpoint aftercare said nothing wrong,though clearly broken. Spoke to director, told him all my difficulties resolving issue and got replacement machine,working fine, within 4 days.Very happy alls well that ends well.

Despite delivery truck first breaking down the company redelivered with really good communication. The fridge was cheaper than other competitors and just as good.

I ordered a smoker from Appliances Direct but cancelled the order over the phone the following day. This was accepted and processed and I did receive a refund in a reasonable time. This review is not about what I ordered but about the process of cancelling. On my call, I was redirected to the Philippines where I encountered a small language barrier so at times I didn't understand what was being said. I was told though that the order had been cancelled and a refund would be processed, which it was eventually. After the call, I did not receive any cancellation confirmation email but continued to get emails from the delivery company to arrange a suitable delivery date which didn't convince me that the order had been cancelled successfully, so I called them again the following day. Again, I was redirected to the Philippines and received confirmation that the order was indeed cancelled. I still didn't get a confirmation email but the delivery emails stopped after the second phone call. Overall, a smooth experience but the only direct email I received was for the refund having taken place. A confirmation email of cancellation should have been sent from the outset to give me legal recourse and assurance to the process.

Easy to order . My only issue is that they offer free delivery, but that meant a long wait, so I had to pay delivery to get it sooner. Delivery guy was friendly and helpful though

Appliances Direct were really good. No problem there and the dehumidifier is excellent. However, it was delivered by DPD. Absolute cowboy set up with Delivery Drivers that do not give a flying pig (the word pig can be changed into a more suitable one, but you wouldn't publish this review.) I was lucky on this occasion, I was at home looking out the window for him. The reason for my review....previous deliveries from other outlets have used DPD and my parcels have just been dumped at the front door for anyone to help themselves to, and that's even supplying them with a safe alternative place to leave it. CHANGE COURIER COMPANY.

Good display on website with descriptions of each dehumidifier available. Chose the 12 Litre model as we have a large conservatory with attendant condensation when humidity is high. Fast delivery with accurate drop off time. Electiq model noisier than expected but works fine and is already extracting litres of moisture from the room.

Ordered refurbished Smeg duel fuel cooker at a great price . Excellent service. However cooker damaged. The problem was quickly resolved by the App Direct team .Communication by email and text was excellent . The damaged cooker was returned and a new one delivered at extra cost in 5 days .

When our readiator was found to be damaged Appliances Direct customer service made an offer of a discount straight away { 20% }. The money was quickly returned to our credit card with no fuss we didn't even ask for a picture but took us at our word.

Was able to speak directly to someone in customer services - and was connected quickly so no long waits. The customer service representative was able to answer most of my questions although my one complaint would be that I couldn't speak directly to an installation engineer.
