I was quite pleased with the service from Appliances Direct. The price was very competitive and the Air Fryer arrived quickly and safely. My wife after looking at the Fryer said it wasn't the one she wanted. After contacting AD, they agreed to an exchange. I returned the original Fryer and after a bit of a delay and a few emails the new Multi Cooker arrived safely the next day.
